Soon as we walked in the smell was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious. I have never had such good chips and salsa!! I live in Georgia and will be counting down the days to visit Cape coral to visit this restaurant. A must try if you want amazing food!

My hubby and I came here for date night. We went pretty early, atleast I thought.... Arriving about 530pm on a Friday. The parking lot was full, so we parked by the business/building behind the restaurant. We could not make a res because they only make reservations for parties of 4 or more. We lucked out and got 2 seats at the bar. All other seats at the bar were taken and it was a long wait for a table so keep that in mind! Fun ambiance. We were a little confused on who would be taking our food orders at the bar, it was so busy especially the bartender. But it all worked out! I ordered the El Sol margarita and while it was really good, I did not realize how expensive the drink was till I got our check. They do have the prices on the menu so I just did not look , that's on me. Again very good, but not something I would splurge on again. I mean it was a lot more than I used to pay when I lived in NYC! My husband's large margarita was more reasonable priced and he enjoyed his. For appetizer, we got the taquitos .... Yummy! But we were also very hungry , hah. My husband not realizing the size of the tacos got 3, 2 would have been perfect portion though . He mixed it up with shrimp, octopus and I think steak. He enjoyed all 3 equally. I got the birria tacos. They were a little on the dry side even with the sauce , I would say they were okay. Bartender was very nice, they just seemed to be a little understaffed that night and / or still learning how to handle the large volume of patrons. We will be back, I would like to try their chimichangas and a different margarita that is not over $30 per lol.

4 Stars is being very generous! 1. The decor is amazing 2. Food portions are huge (quantity over quality) 3. Table salsa has zero heat 4. The price is high but if you split ok 5. Happy Hour: Draft beer, Corona & Sangria $26 6. This place is LOUD (no conversations possible) We had a party of 5. We followed the gal to a booth then she left! We followed her to say this is a small booth and not going work for a party of 5. They finally gave a table by the kitchen but it worked for us. 15min goes by and we ask a server to take a drink order. The red sangria was very sweet (only cherries for fruit). The Mango margarita was sweet and weak....maybe pre-made but a tequila float and it was better but together over $20 for 1 drink. Good news, the Corona was good and cold. Our service was very slow but they were busy. Table salsa is weak so ask for hotter stuff if you want, they have it and it is good. The burritos are HUGE but they said it was great for leftovers. The carnitas street tacos were tasteless and the meat was tough but two tacos to go and I will doctor them up for tomorrow. This will not be our choice for dining again but if there was a function or meeting to attend here, would definitely go. The place is clean!

We decided to give this another try. Alonso was our server. It went really well. Our food was delivered fresh and my husband's margarita was tasty. We had a much better reception this time around and it felt just as busy as the first time.

We were seated immediately for a party for four for dinner on a Wednesday evening (off-season). The booth was by the window and just a little tight, but it was okay! The chips are deep fried in house and you can tell! They're crispy, fresh, but a little oily. The salsa is a little smoky, which isn't my preference but it's not bad! I enjoyed the Oaxaca Club cocktail with Mezcal and a black salt rim, which was good. But next time, I would opt for the classic margarita that my mom had. It's made with Patron, perfectly balanced and has a classic salt rim (that doesn't turn your fingers and tongue black!). For dinner, I had the Rice Bowl with Grilled Chicken and I absolutely loved it! I had to make a few changes to the dish to accommodate my dietary needs and it came out perfectly and tasted delicious. The service was good. All in all, it was a pleasant dinner and I would return.

Great food, drinks and service! We love coming here, it's top notch Mexican food. It's a bit loud when your way in the back but probably because everyone is having fun.

I attended a monthly luncheon of approximately 12 people. The server was outstanding however I do not remember her name. It was on a Saturday, 2/14. Everyone ordered drinks in their meals and not one complaint! The food is absolutely delicious! I had the pork belly tacos and plenty to take home. Our server was so kind as each person wanted a separate check.

This is my fiancé's favorite Mexican spot in Florida. Decor is elegant and spacious. Employees are all so friendly. AND THE FOOD! The mole sauce is perfect. Chips are fresh. Many vegetarian options--I had the black bean soup. Oh, and the restrooms are really cool

If you're looking for a spot with vibes, flavor, and a whole experience -- Clase Azul is that girl. My date and I started with the fresh guacamole and the Aguacate Relleno (off the cob) -- both super fresh and full of flavor. We decided to share the margarita flight, and let me tell you... they were way bigger than expected, but so worth it. Delicious, strong, and beautifully presented -- you will definitely leave with a buzz, even after you eat. For entrées, we ordered the Arroz con Pollo, the Cozumel Quesadilla, and split the Holy Moly Taco just to try it. Every single dish was fire -- well-seasoned, hot, and made with care. The decor is gorgeous, the live music brought such a fun energy, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. Clase Azul is a whole vibe and definitely going on the "take me back" list.

Very nice Mexican restaurant that used to be a sushi restaurant. The decor is quite beautiful and colorful including murals. The staff is very friendly and Valentina was our server. Fresh taco chips and salsa were brought to our table immediately. David got a margarita and I swear inhaled the salsa on the table lol! I ordered the chicken fajitas with flour tortillas. It came with yellow rice, refried beans, guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream. It was a very large portion and very tasty. David had the Osso Bucco with rice and broccoli. I swear he finished it before I could get a photograph lol! We were both pleasantly surprised by this lovely restaurant and plan to return soon!

I have been back several times and can now confirm the drink is always severed the same way so I wonder if the first server just didn't know that was the standard. The birria tacos continue to be my favorite. We recently just hosted my friend's birthday dinner here with 24 people and they accommodated us ver well. There was a small wait but typically expected even with a resi.

First time dining at this restaurant. The place is jam packed, loud , and has music playing in the background. Due to the large crowd of patrons in the restaurant , the service , while excellent, was slow. Our Waitress arrived and took our order and after about a 20 minute wait our food was brought to our booth. The food was delicious, well worth the wait. The restaurant was well decorated with a fresh ambiance. A nice place to bring a date. There are a mix of tables and booths to choose from to enjoy your dining experience. Private parking available. I'm sure I'll be back.

These folks understand the meaning of craft cocktails, complete with making as many of their own ingredients/mix-ins as possible. We were lucky as we were able to just walk in and pick any table we liked at 8pm on a Wednesday. I guess it can get quite busy at times. The chartreuse colored chairs and gorgeous stained glass lights told me instantly that we came to the right place. They have an extensive cocktail list, but that didn't stop me from ordering something not on the menu. They had no questions or problems making it. My spouse also ordered something not on the menu that was recommended to her by someone that had it once here before when it was one of their seasonal specials. Once again, not a challenge for these master bartenders. Everyone was upbeat and clearly enjoying what they do. Looking forward to getting back the next time I'm in Bonita.

Turns out they have an incredible happy hour, but we were truly interested in dinner... So we asked for a table. The interior at Stone Throw is beautiful, well decorated, and in a great location on Cape Coral Parkway with ample parking. Our waiter, Shawn, was quick to greet us and offer drinks. Husband had some beer questions, and Shawn was ready with answers/suggestions. Being a red wine girl, I happily ordered a bottle from their ample list. We started with an appetizer of brussels sprouts. They were absolutely amazing with pecans... Not something we have had before. Highly recommend. I opted for their prime fillet, Husband had steak Diane. I cannot say enough good about these steaks. We've been to some of the best stake establishments from Naples to Punta Gorda, this ranks right up there! I did get the lobster tail add on, it was the most flavorful lobster tail I ever had in southwest Florida. Overall, one of the better meals we have had in our years of living in SWFL. Shawn kept our drinks (and waters) full, and was absolutely charming during our entire experience. He was always watching and nearby, but not obtrusive. He packed our leftovers for us, and then bagged the containers. Great touch, Shawn! Kudos to the manager who walks around to tables and asks about your meal, what brings you in, and if there's anything he can do to make your trip more enjoyable. Fabulous touch! I truly cannot recommend this place more highly. Will definitely be back! Five stars, Stones Throw!

The place was beautifully decorated, and there was live music, saxophone player which definitely added to the vibe. We were seated outside, likely due to how busy it was. There was also a large wedding party, maybe 15 people or more, taking up a section outside. Our server was managing both that party and our table, and while he was friendly and clearly doing his best, the service just didn't land. It took a while for things to get moving. He brought the menus, but it was a long time before he returned. Drinks took over 20 minutes to come out. Bread came after the drinks, but with no plates or silverware, so we had to eat it with our hands. Not ideal. That said, the espresso martini was excellent--no complaints there. When the food came out, the presentation was beautiful, and everything tasted fresh and well-executed. That part of the meal definitely hit the mark. But then it took just as long to get the check, and by that point, the waiting added up. One small but noticeable issue was the smell of the table and menus--it gave off that old rag scent, which pulled me out of the otherwise upscale experience. I think this place has a lot of potential. The atmosphere is great, the food is solid, and the concept is there. But based on this visit, I would like to see sharper execution on the service side before I'd give it a higher rating. I will return.
