When I first started coming here it seemed to be managed by Vietnamese but now it appears to be all Latino staffed. Perhaps it changed hands. Only thing I don't like is that they are open until 9:PM but it seems if you come after 8:30 they are cleaning up and don't really want to serve you. They should serve until closing time.
