I WAS LIVID and for him failing to comprehend that his actions weren't normal, is outrageous. I got that on an egg everything bagel toasted and was happy with what I got! The bagel itself was a softer dough compared to some other places but it still had a good body to it (i.e. t didn't deflate completely when you bite into it). There was a good bagel to cream cheese ratio and the cream cheese wasn't bland which is something I look out for. All directions were followed so overall happy with the minimal service we interacted with. I would give this bagel a solid 8/10
