Emily and Melanie follows up before every visit to confirm the appointment and will also send a reminder that there is a $50 penalty for same day cancellations. Every single staff exude kindness and friendliness. I have been to the office (3) times now and every visit, the experience is seamless. Every appointment has been comfortable and the office is very transparent about insurance coverage / pricing. Inesa and Revi are also the best dental hygienists I've ever encountered. I love going to this dental office so much, I switched my my son to them as well. They are amazing on many levels. Most importantly - they do amazing job on teeth. For example, I had two bonding fillings placed on my lower teeth. I look like I got new teeth - the quality of work is incredible. They were fast, pain free, color is perfect and the bonding made teeth look healthy and strong. I had no pain or discomfort and doctor even called to check on me. Another positive is the thorough cleaning they provide. I love cleaning my teeth there and teeth cleaning results have been consistently good. Dr. Cazazian took care of my daughter's wisdom tooth. She was in so much pain. she didn't have any insurance and he didn't even charge her.My bottom tooth were crooked& weak. As soon as he saw me he knew what the problem was, explained to me, what had to be done and what to expect afterwards. I was sick with the flu and forgot to call to cancel my Friday morning appointment. The last text message reminder I received was on Tuesday, and up until then, I was planning to make my appointment. Rima (the accounts manager) then proceeded to charge me a $50 cancelation fee, despite my condition. I absolutely love Dr. Cazazian and the hygienists at this office but this $50 fee is extremely unnecessary and unfair. I understand that I should've called but I caught the flu Thursday night and slept through my alarm, it was an honest mistake. I've been a patient for years--and never missed an appointment, I always called ahead of time to cancel. I would've appreciated a one-time waiver for the fee, given the circumstances but I digress. Definitely not worth visiting the office. Just an additional point: Rima essentially pushed patients to come in during covid times (began telling patients they can no longer reschedule their appointment or they'll be charged a $50 late fee) and then proceeded to charge a $10 covid supply fee, as the hygienists needed extra protection. Not sure why that's the patient's responsibility but again, I digress. read more

Here we go again. I left my last review 2 weeks ago. I wrote about them harassing me and how it must STOP. They're are again calling my home leaving messages for my husband who hasn't been there in 3 years. Coincidence....No... Retaliation!! I didn't want to delve too much into the yelper who discredited my review because I seriously don't have time for it but now I must!! Was this seriously a stranger who read my review, commented on my on time performance and made a medical opinion on my condition as being pre-existing? I find that to be just too absurd, especially since that yelper was correct!!! How on earth would a STRANGER know my condition was pre-existing...Not possible!! Let's get back to the continued harassment. We are not calling this practice for a reason, so STOP CALLING US!! The personalized service you get as a patient in this establishment is probably the best you can experience in the NYC area. Dr. Kazazian is one of the most skilled dentists you will ever have the pleasure of letting into your mouth. (And I mean that in the most serious of ways). His no-pain approach to practicing is just amazing. I've had some complicated injuries involving my teeth in the past, and thanks to the doc and the rest of the staff, I'm good as new. Dr. Cazazian has been my dentist for 39 years. I love him dearly for the beautiful person he is inside and out and for the care and talent and expertise he displays in all dental matters, from orthodontist to surgery to fixing other dentists "errors". He is just amazing. He put all the records and xray on computers long before anyone else and he starting to sterilize all his instruments way before we heard the term AIDS in the general public. He is way ahead of his time, and he does not put money first but patients and safety. That being said about Dr. Cazazian, he had all different kind of front girls and all different kind of locations, but no one is more efficient and faster than Cristine. She is really helpful and makes sure that you get the most benefit out of the insurance. You can ask her anything and she will get you what you need faster than you can say "thank you so much". She is always with a smile on her face and a kind word to say or a way to put you at ease and make you feel valued. I lover her too. Never felt so comfortable at a dentist office in my 28 years .. Revy my dental hygienist, was so meticulous and thorough with my teeth which needed a desperate cleaning. She showed me pictures of every angle of every tooth. The cleaning process was painless and she really took her time. The doctor saw me after and reassured me that my teeth were healthy . Dr. Cazazian is, hands down, the best dentist and orthodontist my family has been too. He is very funny and does a great job. His hygienists, assistants, and receptionists are polite and they help make you feel comfortable during your visit. Dr. Cazazian is the only dentist I have gone to where I was not afraid of getting an injection. I'm usually terrified of needles; however, he uses a numbing gel first and then gives the injection. Dr. Cazazian is hands down the most horrific dentist I have ever had the misfortune of repairing my teeth for a long while. Forget that he charges an arm and a leg for different procedures, agrees on one price with you in the exam room and does a 360 change and FORGETS on the agreed on price and even the procedure he is about to do on your teeth but what's aggravating is that he has employees like the hygienists that have changed 3 different times in that office is pushing different denatl products I have no money to buy or use for. I have known Dr. Cazazian for close to 12 years and was happy with his experience but in the last 3 or 4 years between him getting older, extremely forgetful & senile and tremendously impatient and picking fights with me as his patient has had me searching for a new more calmer dentist who respects my fears and my gut feeling that certain teeth that he has had X-rays done on DID NOT need any work done on them. Which leads me to believe this dentist is ONLY hungry for one thing MONEY and charging for things my teeth does not and DID NOT need at the time. He has already ruin 2 of my back teeth with silver fillings and an unnecessary crown. A year or so ago I went for a dental cleaning and was waiting for Dr. Cazazian to THOROUGHLY to a dental exam and HE SPENT LESS THAN 2 minutes SKIMMING all my teeth and didn't even bother checking over my problem teeth that I told him I was experiencing pain on and in. I asked him 2 different times to redo the examination he had the nerve to charge me 2 extra times more for his laziness and he had a massive temper tantrum, verbal put me down and still charged me for an INCOMPLETE DENTAL EXAMINATION after my cleaning and his incompetence and lack of care cost me getting a healthy tooth to be repaired at another dentist's office. This man has mood swings and his constant text messages and email reminders of me having appointment from his dental office that "I am due on" drove me crazy as well which only leads me to think this doctor although started off as a nice guy BUT he has slowly morphed into a senior citizen who has something to prove at the expense of ruining my teeth with unnecessary drilling and charges for silver fillings which have now lead to the severe sensitivity to me NOT being able to eat & chew on foods and such. Please understand this entire office has change and NOT for the better. To ALL dental patients who are looking for affordable dental care this man probably suffers from dementia and is older than he looks and plays across as a victim the minute you don't take his expert advice as solid gold. Please go get 2nd, 3rd and 4th opinions before you let this complacent old man with a temper tantrum examine your teeth for only 2 minutes worth of time while he makes $90 for not even checking ALL your teeth for problems at all. He use to be more diligent and more honest with you when making a diagnosis on your teeth and what he sees now he is just obsessed with money and overbooking appointments for no reason. This dentist use different instruments exam goggles, even xrays to see if you had any new cavities or problems in your teeth arising now if you barely see a dental instrument in your mouth and him pretending to check your teeth while skimming $90 of your hard earned money from him is truly unfair to me as patient. Find a dentist who has nothing to prove, who is NOT after MONEY, who cares about patients and WILL NOT throw a massive temper tantrum and VERBALLY ABUSE YOU when you respectfully want to disagree with him and who will NOT GUILT you and make you second guess you wanting to get a second opinion from another dentist while not being bent out of shape for questioning his superior experience which has not been superior in a very very long time. Please learn your lesson from this verbally abused dental patient not all these reviews are shiny and honest and NOT all of us that give him low ratings are wrong in our assessment of what different dentist he use to be back in the day. read more

Had a last minute emergency and needed a dentist close to where I live to see ASAP. I called the office and they told me they were closing but to come in in. Dr. Cazazian took me in right away and told me all was fine. I did mention I needed a cleaning and his office staff happened to have the very next evening available due to a cancellation. I have SEVERE ANXIETY of dentists and something as simplistic as a cleaning is a very large ordeal to me. His hygienist Michelle was amazing! She was kind, patient and gentle. She took the time to listen and truly only did with what I felt comfortable with. The dentist saw me afterward and had a great sense of humor. He is also very gentle and it seems like he truly cares about his patients and has a passion for his profession. Christine at the front desk was also on point. I was very unsatisfied with the treatment here. I went to Dr. Cazazian with a broken front tooth. He addressed other issues in my mouth but refused to our a crown on until I got braces. I told him braces would have to come late but I needed to keep my job so I couldn't have a broken front tooth. He continued to do nothing. He also told me I had a cyst in my gums. I panicked and went to and oral surgeon who said it was in fact an infection. One that could have been treated if Dr. Cazazian had written a prescription but he told me to go to urgent care to get antibiotics instead. I was a mess and finally went and found myself quality care. Since I stopped going to his office, I have been hounded with phone calls to come in for a cleaning! Absurd! He only played into my fear of dentists and prolonged dangerous infections because of lack of treatment. Dissatisfied doesn't even begin to describe how I feel about this. read more
