I chose a $25 potted flower. Her relative was not speaking. English tried to give me a large shopping bag to carry the plant out of the store with. I told her no can you please wrap it and she goes oh we don't wrap that and I said this is a gift. She took out some wrinkled red paper and started to prepare it to wrap the plant. I told her please don't use that that's very distasteful as a gift. I asked her to use some pink paper that she had on the shelf. She said no I paid two dollars for each paper. I couldn't believe she said that to me. I insisted she used the pink paper and she reluctantly wrapped the gift sloppily and then put a gold thin ribbon and I'm very sloppy manner. If I hadn't paid for the plant prior to her wrapping it, I would've walked out of there. It's very rude to think that somebody would give a gift without it being wrapped the whole point of a florist is to get a nice gift for someone and for them to wrap it in a pretty manner.

After unsuccessfully ordering tulips from four other places, I found this place, which is in the same town as my parents. They do have a website but since I was having a difficult time with all other companies, I called here to make sure they have tulips available. A woman named Jean answered the phone and was very nice. I asked several times if they have tulips in stock. She assured me each time I asked. She took down the address, both my phone number and my mother's phone number, when I would like it to be delivered, what I want to be written on the card, and my credit card information. I requested the flowers be sent on Mother's Day but if it is earlier, that is okay. I was told they could be delivered on Mother's Day without any additional fee. I was then told it would be $77. If my mom received tulips, on time, then the price does not matter. The flowers arrived the day before Mother's Day. Fine. As you can see in the picture, this are definitely NOT tulips. In fact, they look like weeds. I cannot begin to describe how pissed I was. My mom did not care because it is the thought and she was surprised. I am not sure how they received high star reviews because this was a really negative delivery. If I just ordered on the website without calling and this happened (even though it should not happen anywhere), that would be one thing. But I called. I asked several times. I provided my phone number so she could have called me when/if she realized they did not have tulips.

I called and explained the color scheme I was looking for. They listened & created a beautiful & fresh bouquet which was delivered exactly at the time I had requested. They even suggested I text them the slIghtly complicated wish that I wanted to include. They did a great job. The only thing I wish is that the bouquet had been slightly more full. The place seem to be run by women. The person that served us was very helpful and knowledgeable of Chinese protocols. She helped with writing the proper kinship on each bouquet. We chose bouquets from pictures of various ones and their pricing. She contact the funeral home to make sure we had the proper Chinese characters and English spelling of name of our deceased relative. She sent us pictures of the bouquets and the lettering on them to make sure we were happy with them. The arrangements were delivered early in the morning in time for the viewing. She and her staff were very helpful in an unsettling time for us.

After our first meeting with Shaun, we knew there was no need to look any further. He has an amazing personality and full of energy. You can tell early on that he is passionate and loves what he does. Every meeting with Shaun will be a good time. He understood our vision and budget. Never tried to make us break our budget, instead gave input on how we can achieve the vision. He created a beautiful sample centerpiece and we were sold. The centerpieces were even more amazing at our September 3rd wedding. As well as the other floral arrangements and surprise touches at our sweetheart table. The colors and flower choices were perfect!
