I made an appointment with DARIUS and came to see it the next day. I was still undecided and I made an appointment for the next day to bring my boyfriend to see it. Not once did they high-pressure me or try any kind of "tactics." They respected my intelligence and I appreciated that. They ran some numbers for me and I took them home to marinate. The next day my bf test drove it and we decided to buy it. We did a little more haggling and I got a GREAT price, a GREAT interest rate and a GREAT $ amt for my trade-in. There was also a little extra thrown in for military. Overall I had a very good experience and was very pleased. Check online first, then go check out the cars they have there- and ask for DARIUS.

Will never trust this dealership. Worked with "Brandon" by phone and text. Their online offer to…read morebuy my 2-door red jeep was higher than the carvana offer. Brandon said of course it is a real offer. they would even give more probably. I double checked this with him multiple times, and he lied every time. When my daughter drove an hour from DC they low balled her with an offer below carvana. She walked away, they figured they had her. So disgusted. They said the car was just as described in the online quote but they don't sell jeeps so that is why the price difference! really? you have a Chrysler dealership down the road that is Bayside. Such scammers. Lesson learned and stay away from them. They are surely untrustworthy on the sales side of the business as well. The Manager "Joe" was just as unhelpful... had no idea why the online offer was so different than the in person... a $3,500 difference! Obviously their online estimate is 100% fake. I am sure they will respond to this review trying to spin what happened today but do not trust their story.

We first made an appointment and when we arrived, my husband waited over 2 hours for the attendant to tell him they couldn't see him that day. We drove an hour to Laurel because we had an appointment and we're treated like we didnt matter! My husband drove another hour and made a 2nd reservation at the Laurel location. When we came, we waited another 2 hours. Then when I went back to the desk to check the status of our appointment, they said they may not be able to see us today. They did not keep us updated , nor cared how long we drive to get there, and that we had an appointment. Once we walked to our car to leave, they decided to take the white couple that was awaiting behind us. We knew because when we started our car, we saw the attendant get them ready for a test drive. This was the worst customer service ever and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone. Very inconsiderate and no customer service! We told the Laurel CarMax location that we actually had a check to purchase a car with and didn't need a loan, and they didn't care. My husband and I ended up going to a dealership, making an appointment, and actually being seen at the time we made the appointment. We walked out of there with our car!

I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment and waited three hours before being told it would take at least another hour. Customers should be informed in advance if the service may take four or five hours so they can make other arrangements. I was quoted approximately $800 for the brake service, but the labor cost was not clearly explained or itemized before I approved the work. After paying nearly $1,000, I realized that about $430 was for labor. The parts and labor charges should be clearly separated before the customer authorizes the service. I would appreciate it if you could review my invoice and consider an adjustment to the labor charge.

The customer service is good, but I can see the dealership is money hungry. I've never in my life…read morehad a monthly note of 1,400.00. Something isn't right! Yeah I was hurt on the job and wasn't getting paid, so that lowered my credit score. I just got back to work, so I just wanted some more truck space really for my music equipment. They keep cutting the back of these vehicles smaller. I traded in the Mazda SUV a Toyota car. I read online that Toyota vehicles are reliable! And I was tired of the little space in the Cx-50. I've never had a really good experience at any dealership except for the one I went to in Towson Maryland. I wrote a letter to the Better Business Bureau years ago when I was younger because I had a lot of money then, but I wasn't stupid at all. I kept giving up money and asking for what I wanted and I would get the run around, the salesman would say take this vehicle and your jeep should be available next week! That wasn't the case! The next thing I knew "Darcars was shut down on Saint Barnabas Road. You just can't treat people any kind of way. I didn't ask for anything extra, so hopefully I can get somethings removed from this paperwork! I know I have thirty days to make any changes. Before I walk into any dealership I ask for what I want before I waste my time driving to the lot. I asked for a vehicle with more trunk space. I went to the Used car lot now! I wanted lower payments! I got a new vehicle and my payments were doubled. I was already paying 812.00 for this little Mazda, and I'm just catching up on all my bills since Sedgwick decided not to pay me correctly! This really upsets that people just aren't cool unless you go further out. I appreciate everyone taking the time to help me out, but I'm thinking I would have got better service if the person in charged calls me in and say I can help you! Nope not so! This really made my situation worse. I wanted a truck, but it wasn't available. I just can't seem to get better service unless I go further out of town. I just know right now, no one really cares about anything but money now. The next time I make a move! I will have the money to buy anything with the credit union. This financing and adding on extra fees that are really unnecessary for me is not the way to go. Just be careful when going into the financing process because something just isn't right. I am not driving a Ferrari or anything, so this monthly note should not be this high! I've been in way bigger vehicles and never paid a high note with the negative equity rolled over from my other vehicle! I appreciate everything, but it would be better if the person could let me know if they can really help me or not before I get up out the bed and spend hours doing something I may regret doing letter on. All I can say is! Don't be like me, and go in somewhere hoping you can get whatever you want without anything other than a vehicle to trade in, but make sure you just have the money to buy what you want straight out, and then you won't have to deal with all the hidden fees being attached somewhere in the end.

I had to ask questions. When getting into the vehicle the dashboard said "low fuel" he said: "yeah we should be fine". I pulled out of the dealership, made a u-turn as soon as possible to head south towards the mall. At the light of Leonardtown and Berry Rd on Route 5 (intersection) the car runs out of gas. I was in the middle lane. I was honked at, traffic was stopped, people going around me. It was a traumatic experience and he just called the dealership saying: "yeah I think we ran out of gas" his tone was almost as it was funny. He was extremely nonchalant about the situation saying "we'll both have stories to tell later ". I was uncomfortable. It took someone 20 minutes to bring gas to put in the tank. Amer tried justifying the incident by saying that he got the car with the most fuel in it, when they deliver the new cars they don't have gas in it. We were so close to the dealership I contemplated getting out and walking across the busy highway back to my vehicle. After his coworker put 38 miles worth of gas in the vehicle, I did my test drive quickly but on the way back the low fuel notification popped back on and I needed to get back to the dealership immediately because I was not willing to repeat the traumatic experience. Upon returning to the dealership, NO ONE, NOT ONE person came to apologize about running out of gas in the middle of the highway, NO ONE attempted to even gain my business since I was in the market for a new vehicle. My father ended up calling Amer because he gave me his business card, and he (Amer) joked about the experience while my dad explained that I was put at risk. My advice: if you want to buy a new car from this dealership, don't. Or bring your own gas. I took my business elsewhere.

I was upset because after leaving the parking lot, a part of my vehicle that should have been secured from the start fell apart, and if I hadn't done my research and spoken with management, it would have become a new repair job. As I previously stated, it came apart after less than a mile of leaving the parking lot The other concern is that the financing option should be more thoroughly stated up front. Yes, for certain people, it may be beneficial to avoid the excessive fees that these dealer services are imposing on their customers who want to use a credit card, and this is not just at this location.  Again, this may be a good thing for unforeseen car repairs expenses and if you have good credit, but customers should be aware that their debit card is required and that it will be deducted automatically from their checking account without their awareness once you are approved. Overall, your experience may vary, but that was my experience, and lots of things can be improved. This feedback is not because I am angry, at anyone there, but maybe to improve some areas, and put the customer back in focus. I only took one star off based on the overall experience.
