When I arrived at Bayside, the owner, Missak, came out of his office, warmly greeted me and welcomed me into the office. I presented my coupon found on the Bayside Smog website for a nice discount; check it out! He confirmed my appt. and asked for my DMV paperwork so he could complete the needed documentation accurately to ensure I get my tags for the current year's DMV registration. Missak is simply the best. This was a hectic year for me and I was late getting my smog test done (registration already paid on time). I ended up driving over about 30 minutes before they closed (without an appoinment) , fully prepared to be turned away. He had time!!! And he found a discount for me as well. I've gone here before but always made appointments. He was so kind, helpful, and just all around amazing. Definitely saved the day. They have a few seats indoors, and a bench outdoors if you need to wait. Safeway is across the way and you can always grab a sandwhich or something if you need to. It only took about ten minutes or so, and the price for my highlander was pretty low. Definitely always going to be the only place I come to. read more

I just did a walk-in appointment and only had to wait a short time. Naqib was friendly and professional with myself and everyone else that I saw him encounter. Two other customers (before and after me) were regulars and only had good things to say about their experiences there.
