They advertise they are open until 5pm. I walked up at 4:25pm. He told me he is not taking anymore appointments for the day. I asked if they were open until 5pm. He told me yes but he is already smogging a car. I asked him what his name was, he said "Ahmad" and then proceeded to verbally abusing me, asking me what my problem is. I said, "why are you being so aggressive?" His response is he's trying to do his job and I'm bothering him. This "manager" is INCREDIBLY RUDE! FINALLY an honest smog test shop! I was due for a smog check on both our 2014 cars. So I checked reviews, asked friends and looked for coupons, then had a list of possible smog test shops. They seem too busy forever to do 10 minutes smog check. I went there twice in one hour because it is close to my home. First time I went there, I was asked to come back in half hour. After I came back again, the guy was sleeping in his chair and one more space is open but asked me to wait one more hour because they have another car in service. My car only need 10 minutes test only. So I have to go to another nearby station to do the test, only let me wait for 5 minutes, poor working attitude. read more
