This used to be my favorite laundromat, but not anymore. It has many good qualities but I have…read morerecently changed the pricing scheme for the dryers to be what I consider practically a scam. It used to be that a quarter would buy you several minutes, but they have changed the dryers to have a $1 minimum charge. What this means is that if your laundry is not quite dry after the first round of drying and you don't get to the dryer before the cycle ends, You are not able to put in a quarter to get a few extra minutes to get it dry. You are stuck with the $1 minimum charge. This is not just extremely annoying, It represents a pettiness on the part of the owner.... that they are trying to get 75 extra cents from a customer who only needs 25 cents more time. So, sadly, after many years of loyalty to this establishment I will be looking for a new laundromat.

There is a large hole in the ceiling, and the dryers are no longer getting hot. Today was my last day patronizing this establishment. I brought my concerns to the attendant on duty, specifically that the dryers were not heating properly. Instead of addressing the issue, she was rude and dismissive and told me to continue putting my coins into the machine--which makes absolutely no sense when the dryer isn't working. Between the poor maintenance, unsafe conditions, and unprofessional customer service, this place is no longer worth the time or money. Highly do not recommend.

So this place was clean and convenient. They have 15 machines I believe but a few of them were actually broken. The best past was the washers were fast and efficient but pricey! $4.00 for a light load. I'm not sure of the standard price but at my old on-site wash house it was only $1.75 so that's significantly more than what I'm used to. The dryers are $.25cent for 6 minutes. So it costs about $1.25 to get a good dry! Not too shabby! This place is overall a great place to do laundry. When we went it was completely empty! Also they have a few chairs, a folding table and they have a vending machine! I say if your close enough to try this place it's worth it.

They have giant machines for $12 with extra features for a bit more. At the smallest, there are $4 machines. I did a white blanket in one and a medium sized dirty rug in another. All machines except the smallest take credit cards and phone. Change machine for the smallest is right next to the machines and new and always full. Laundry gets clean. Dryers don't burn clothes. Attendants are excellent. You can tell it's family owned and they care. Oh - side facing the sidewalk is all glass, so it's beautifully sunny, if we have sun. Easy parking, even on street cleaning days. Never crowded. They also have wash n fold. I've never used it. Based on how responsive the people here are and how neat and organized the finished laundry looks, I would bring my laundry here.

Stopped by Friday morning and was greeted with friendly smiles and help opening the door. The owners sorted through my items and gave me an estimated price. They also offered me a discount because it was my first time there. The owner wanted to make sure I understood that the linen quilt may be wrinkly, and I was like, "I hope so!" Ha! We also discussed pick-up time. They noted they could get the items to me later that day, but I told them I might have a meeting and asked if I could pick up the next morning. They were very accommodating. Upon pick-up, all of my items were ready and packaged beautifully. I was so happy to have a freshly laundered bed without the headache. A quick note: the hours on Yelp are their typical hours, but they've adjusted them during the pandemic. Friday, they were open 9 AM- 3 PM.

I…read moreneeded her help getting the machines to work because the doors were finicky on the side load 2-load washers. The machines work on a card specific to them that you load with cash or credit. It's a dollar to get the card, and 3-4 dollars per wash. I would consider this pricey but not outrageous. Don't come here if you're in a rush as the procedures are not very intuitive. It's fine if you can wait to figure it out
