I see a sign that they are closing/relocating on July 15, to reopen in August, so I was worried they wouldn't be able to fix it. They said they couldn't take special repair orders right now but could take a look if it was a quick fix.... it ended up taking less than 15 minutes (and $35) and I had a fully functioning watch again. Did not expect to have it fixed same day so I was super grateful. "Just in time" is right! Will be back next month after they relocate to replate my other watch, which I got a quote for that sounded fair in pricing. I came to this shop to have my iPhone screen replaced. Not long after the repair, the screen…read morestarted lifting out of the phone -- a clear sign something wasn't done right. They repaired it under warranty the first time, but then it started lifting again. As soon as it did, the pressure caused the screen to crack. Now they're telling me the crack voids the warranty, even though the crack was caused by the screen lifting -- the same issue they supposedly fixed before. When I explained this, the man I spoke with said I should've brought it in before it cracked, which makes no sense. The crack happened the moment the screen started lifting. How was I supposed to predict that? They've shown no interest in taking responsibility for their poor repair work. Instead, they're offering me a "discount" to pay them again -- for a third attempt at something they've already done badly twice. I won't be going back, and I recommend you don't either. Find a shop that actually stands behind their work
