We stopped by Bravo on a whim, with no intention of committing to anything, just to browse and gather ideas. From the moment we met Katherine, we were completely won over. She listened carefully, absorbed every detail of our feedback, and helped us bring the vision to life. I shared that I wanted to incorporate diamonds from both of my grandmothers' rings, and she absolutely exceeded every expectation. After trying on a few different shapes, we scheduled a second visit the following week. When we returned, Katherine had prepared full 3D renderings of three different designs based solely on what I had described verbally. She even had wax molds of all three so I could try on the shapes and sizes to truly understand how the ring would feel before finalizing the design. My fiancé ultimately surprised me with the ring of my dreams, and it was everything I could have ever hoped for. The centerpiece is a stunning, substantial oval diamond, with my grandmothers' diamonds beautifully cascading along the band. It is truly the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. I am beyond grateful for the care, creativity, and dedication the Bravo team put into every step of this process.

I had been going to Famulare for a decade, and had many pieces worked on or created here. I had dropped off two watches my husband inherited from his late brother, they were sentimental, and I had also dropped off a ring that I needed a stone reset in. I commute and would have needed to pickup in one trip on a weekend. A woman working called because the watches were done, and she wanted them picked up immediately during the week even though my ring wasn't ready. I called to tell her I commute, and can't come during their business hours. She was very agitated and said they can't hold the watches in their safe until the ring was completed and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable with not being able to pickup like they wouldn't hold my watches safely. I asked over two or three calls to pickup my order on the weekend which she pressured me to come during the week despite not even being able to get there in time. It's almost like she wanted me to take time off work which was outlandish. When I made it there a couple of days later, thank god my ring was done and I could leave and never return. Although the other staff was apologetic, I told them what damage her behavior did and that I don't think I would return knowing they don't value the customer's time or even make the customer feel like our valuables were being kept safe. Not sure if I will return, they comped my fee which I didn't ask for but I am not sure I would bring anything else in. It's a shame. Ten years and I'd referred people and one person soured my experience.

Due to another fact a ps5 was taken in for a hdmi port replacement which gave us an estimated absurd amount of between $130-170 payed extra which led up to $205 with taxes to get it so call refurbished. Which mean thoroughly cleaned and replacement of thermo paste. Got it back dusty. The fan was filled with debre. And I don't think the put in a new thermo paste because the ps5 heat up above 70 degrees instead of 60 and under if a new thermo paste was added. Poor service after all since I payed $205 just for a single hdmi port to be replaced

Gems N' Loans has been good to me in the past in other locations but this was my first time visiting their location in Vista. I wasn't sure if my experience would be the same as with the other locations, as being a part of the same corporation doesn't mean every store is going to be as good as the other. When it comes down to it, your experience has a lot to do with the people that work there and I must say DJ carried that same respect and positive attitude that Justin had carried in their Temecula location. I was having car issues and needed some cash to have it looked at and luckily DJ was there to help me. I pawned some of my jewelry and got what I needed to get back on the road. I have been going to gems n loans for almost ten years. For the last couple years I have received the best customer service from any jeweler I have ever dealt with. Jay has helped me get out of last minute holiday shopping emergencys for my wife numerous times. On top of all that he gives me heads up when sales are on and when new merchandise comes in. I always feel like I got the best deal in town, especially since my wife is a diamond girl. I never go anywhere else when it comes to jewelry. read more

The other people leaving bad reviews for Gem's n Loans, are just pissed off that they have a rough lot in life. If you go to see D.J. or Lucy and you actually have cash in your pocket, you will have a much different experience. If you people are stupid enough to pawn you're wife's wedding ring, then I think the problem is with you and not Gems 'n' Loans.
