This place is off the beaten path off of 37, but it has sooo many options! There are a ton of food choices and the two things we tried were really good! We had a cake pop and a meat roll. The coffee definitely wasn't my favorite. It felt like pretty weak coffee. I got an iced latte and my husband got a hot americano and they both tasted like that. I would definitely return for the food, but not sure I'd try a traditional coffee next time, maybe one of their other drinks! read more

Their savory items can be warmed up. The veggie spring roll was dry and overcooked. The flavor was lacking. It gives the vibes of similar coffee shops nearby but definitely check it out for yourself! I got a Biscoff latte and it was almost $9. I thought that was a bit steep for a cup of coffee but YOLO. I tried the Biscoff latte hot with oat milk. It wasn't too busy but it did take a bit for them to craft your drink. I love that they offer a drive thru option. It took a good 10mins+ for just a coffee so not sure I'd return for coffee only and not Dine in. They have flame food options but I was here for coffee only. Staff is not very friendly or welcoming. We had a wonderful experience at Mocha House! They did an amazing job with the renovations and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing, perfect for chatting and taking in their delicious coffee. Every single item in their display case looked as if it belonged in a magazine. Very difficult to decide which tasty things to get as one of each wasn't an option! We purchased several things so we could split them to try and each one was more amazing than the next. Between the coffees, croissants, meat pies and everything else, we're sold! I happened to stumble upon the very first day Mocha House Indy opened and was absolutely thrilled to finally try it! I had been so excited when I first saw the "coming soon" sign, so accidentally visiting during their opening days felt like such a treat -- honestly, an honor. We had a great experience at Bayt al Mocha. The atmosphere inside is lovely - it would be a great place to sit and chat or sit and work. So many big windows! Just Vitamin D and peacefulness. The savory egg roll looking things are delicious; however, they are not crunchy and they are soft to the touch which I found a bit off-putting. They need an air-fryer! Cookie butter latte is amazing! There is a BOGO coupon in one of those mailers that we normally toss. So, look first before you put it in File 13! And sooooo many desserts! Yemeni coffee shops have grown in popularity in my local area recently, and after trying 4 of them, I think Bayt Al Mocha is my favorite! The drinks, food, ambiance, and service are all PERFECT! I wanted to try something that I couldn't get anywhere else, so I ordered the Abu Waled iced latte. Abu Waled is a popular cookie brand in the Middle East, and the Abu Waled flavor tasted like a mix of gingerbread and cardamom. It was definitely a strong flavor, but not too overpowering. It was less sweet than a typical cookie flavor, and the subtlety paired nicely with the sugary sweetness of the Biscoff cheesecake. The menu at Bayt Al Mocha is pretty extensive, so I definitely need to come back and try more things! read more

Beautifully redone, you would never know it was an old Arby's. Welcoming colors and a variety of comfy seating. We arrived on a busy Saturday morning with a few people in line that moved pretty quickly. The longer part of the wait was waiting after we ordered. Luckily plenty of space to chill while we waited. They have cakes and treats and a wide variety of savory options. We ordered an iced vanilla matcha, a cold brew with Bayt cold foam, a veggie roll and chicken pie. Matcha was straight forward but on the stronger side in a good way. The cold brew also packed a punch which I prefer over watered down. I didn't taste the Bayt seasoning in the cold foam. The veggie roll was like a curry samosa flavor. It was yummy, just wish it was crisper in the outside. The chicken pie was okay, a little dry. We would definitely get more drinks and the veggie roll again and looking forward to trying their German chocolate cake! read more

BEWARE!! The Fishers location is horrible and are racist towards white customers. I went in today to get a refund from a few weeks ago because they ran out of what I ordered before I received it - could I have let it go, yes it was only $12. But I wanted to hold them to their word and these days money doesn't go far. The gentlemen working that day told me he would give me a refund, and I trusted that he would because they were very busy and he could stop what he was doing. I waited a few weeks - no refund to my account. I went in today and the man behind the counter started an argument with me and told me he wouldn't give me my cash back from the store but would out of his own pocket, what!?! He then offered a gift card and I declined for several reasons, main reason is I'm not going to give them my business and I told him that. He then proceeded to throw the gift card down and said he wasn't giving me anything. A girl (white) came from the back and asked what was wrong. I tried to explain, but he continued to talk over both of us and call me rude?? The entire time she is telling him to stop!! I was upset because he was refusing to give me my money back - but I was not rude!! The girl said I can give you your money back, and he said no and grabbed her arm. She continued to return me my money and she remained very professional. All the time she is telling him to stop because he continued to talk unprofessionally to me and tell me that now I was ok, because the "white" employee was helping me....unbelievable! No, she did the right thing - nothing to do with race! Mocha house is lucky that they have a employee that knows you don't treat customers that way....BEWARE!! Dropped by today before they have officially opened. This is going to be a great coffee shop. They were so generous and welcoming. They made me 2 coffees, one a signature latte, and the other a mocha shake up. They were both great! They packed up some pastries for us and told us they'll be open in 10 days, right around the middle of March. I'm looking forward to it- The Yemen coffee beans make great coffee, the pastries are excellent and there is a lot of great seating.
