The polish was soooo bad! And boy, was I irritated! So, the owner gave me a credit! Not a partial refund, a credit for a polish change! Ugh. Scheduled a pedi appointment here a day in advance for my mom and me. A basic pedicure was $30 each. It consisted of our feet getting soaked and scrubbed, our nails clipped and filed, and our feet and calves massaged. We chose our colors beforehand from a wide selection of options along the wall. The staff was friendly and patient with us (considering my mom showed up late). The woman who handled us was very gentle and meticulous. I was highly satisfied with the end result. I've been going to BB for 2 years for dip mani. The salon is beautiful and clean. The nail techs are always friendly. Even without an appt they usually are able to fit me in. I don't usually go on weekends because it gets super busy. Thai is great and so are all the other nail techs. My nails always come out gorgeous. The dip looks natural and not thick. Super disappointed to be updating my review in a negative direction, but today's experience was terrible. A friend and I came in together to get our nails done, but had different technicians. When my technician came up to check me out, she said my total was $30 (the cost of a gel manicure, which is what I got). I gave her my card, she ran it, I signed it, and then she said "tip is cash only." They have several signs throughout the salon, but this is a fairly recent change, so I didn't have cash on me. In my head, I thought it was no problem, because I have a little cash in my car. As I turned to go out to the car to grab the cash, she repeated that tips were cash only. I explained that I didn't have cash on me and before I could even get out the rest of my sentence, she said "we have an ATM right there" and gestured behind me. It was so uncomfortable! Don't get me wrong, tips are expected with any salon service, and I knew that going in to my appointment. That said, I think it's really rude of an employee to tell you repeatedly how to tip when you haven't asked, and then to tell me to use the ATM, which of course, is one of those generic ones that will charge you a few dollars to get money. It just rubbed me the wrong way, and wasn't an experience I care to repeat. On top of that, my nails aren't great. They're fine, but I've got a gel lamp and could've done a similar quality mani at home. I doubt I'll be back to this salon - bummer! read more

I got my nails done, the technician didn't listen and made them shorter than what I wanted. I tried to say something to her and she ignored me. I dealt with the nails I didn't want and paid $60 for them. A couple hours after I got them done I lost a nail which I was very upset about. But I dealt with it, then I was doing my dishes and other chores around the house the rest of the nails began lifting. To the point where I had to remove all of them. read more

Honestly, the photos speak for themselves. These were taken immediately after returning home. Pick another salon. You won't be sorry. Before giving the online review, I reached out to the company twice to give them an opportunity to either correct or refund the service (their choice--I just didn't want messed up nails for which I had just overpaid). They made it clear that they don't care about clients once they've been paid. I had been coming here for a long time, but I'm now in the market for a salon that provides a good service. This, by the way, was not even a basic pedicure...I paid for an upgrade as well as a dip manicure. For the record, I called for an appointment. They could not accommodate my request and offered a different time. I accepted and arrived. They then rushed through my 6:30 appointment to close at 7. You should not offer a late appointment if you intend to give extremely poor service as a result. I would have gladly come another day. Long story short, go somewhere else. read more

Absolutely love this nail salon and that says a lot! I have never given a nail salon 5 Stars ever before. The staff are friendly and so good at their job. I get a Dip Powder manicure and regular pedicure and I have never had any problems. Dip powder manicure- this is THE BEST manicure ever. The actual powder is a little bit better for your nails that acrylic but it feels so tough and strong. My nails grow every time and it lasts without touch up about 4 weeks! So worth the price! They have SO many color options! Some places are new the Dip Powder and have very few or few techs who are trained to do it. This place has it all! It was a great place to get my nails done. They were safe with COVID as well. I don't go there much anymore because they are far away from where I actually live, but if you are close give them a try. The only thing that I didn't like about here was the nail tech didn't cut my cuticles very much so I could see them and that bothered me. I have been getting powder dip nails done here about every 3 to 4 weeks for several months now. Their range of polishes is incredible. The service is always friendly. And they take great care of their customers. I was prompted to write the review today because I had cracked one of my nails during a recent martial arts class and popped in today to see if they could repair it for me. They helped me find the powder that would match the rest of my manicure, removed the cracked polish, repaired the cracked nail underneath, redipped the nail...and didn't charge me a penny! read more

I was sooooo sad that this place didn't work out :( There were so many great reviews but I must say I had the opposite experience. When I sat down, there was a large amount of nail dust on the table and I was asked to put my hands on the table. No towel. No sanitation. No anything. Just straight on the table. The gentlemen (who I believe was the manager) aggressively grabbed my hands and grabbed a bottle to begin the manicure. I had to actually ask him to file my nails. He was on his phone when I walked in and at no point before he started working on me did he wash his hands. At that time he pulled a dirty nail file out of the drawer and began aggressively filing. He then proceeded to the begin the powder dip manicure. He was so aggressive with the way he was turning my fingers that at one point I winced, and pulled back and he pulled even harder. One of the team members next to him dropped a basket full of supplies on the floor while her client went to wash her hands; she proceeded to put everything back in the basket without sanitizing it. Another team member on the other side of this gentleman also dropped some utensils. She proceeded to pick them up and put them back in a drawer. The amount of dirt, nail dust, fingernail clippings, etc. that I could see while sitting there was disgusting. The gentleman finished my manicure (which I had removed immediately after at different nail salon because it was so uneven and horribly done) charged me more than he did the person before me, and the two customers that were sitting on each side of me were STILL getting their manicures meticulously done. This guy didn't push my cuticles, clean my nails, nothing. I had to actually ask him to file my nails. And these women next to me were having the same exact service. It was ridiculous and I can't believe he charged me $45. I am a licensed Esthetician and for a living I train spas and salons on customer service, standard operating procedures, cleanliness etc. The amount of violations occurring in this salon are disturbing and I'm considering reporting them to the state board and contesting my $45 payment. I'm sure they are lovely people... truly. But I'd beware and find a place that actually sanitized their equipment and wipes down their workstations. read more
