Really disappointed in my nails. They didn't look anything like the reference photo I had pulled up the whole time, and the artist was very rough with the files and clippers, even after asking her to be lighter, leaving me with little cuts around my cuticles and hot spots on my nail. I was frankly really disappointed in the pricing for the quality as well, when she told me she was giving me "a deal" by only having me pay $75 pre-tip, for nails that look like they were done by a kid. However, vibe felt quiet and unhappy the entire time. Pros - they had an appointment available same day, decent pricing, my gel manicure has lasted longer than a week, fixed my toe pedicure. Cons-Not the cleanest place I've been to, the gel machine was greasy and kinda dirty. My fingers/cuticles still hurt days after my appointment which is the primary reason I won't be coming back. I asked her to go easy since I just got my nails done a week earlier but it was quite intense and painful. I see some good reviews and wanted to like this place. They have tons of colors of polish as well as gel. For my toes I always get polish. Prices here are decent and your selected service comes with a beverage. You get a choice from a few things, some alcoholic and some not. I always go for a mimosa without the OJ. I've been coming here pretty consistently the last couple of years. They've done really good work, and it's been going down hill the last few months... My last experience was last Thursday and I got a pedicure with gel polish. Paint job was done sloppy, the paint was bleeding over my cuticle and what do you know my toe nails started peeling where the cuticle was, and started chipping after 2 days. I called them Sunday morning asking if they had time to fix and they told me to come in on Monday and I said I'd be there at 4pm. I got there and they forgot I was coming in. Whatever, I get seated and the lady wanted to go the easy route and just tried to fix the 2 toe nails... when I asked her to fix it all cause there were over bleeding of the paint on all my toes! I kept interjecting and asking her, but she kept saying "ok..ok... I got it". She literally just went in with the drill and shaved off the paint where my cuticle was... and repainted over it. The cherry on top was that the lady had the audacity to ignore my requests... she was cutting corners... and asked me "is it good?" when she finished. Meanwhile I AM FUMING in the face... are you kidding me?! We're not paying $70 dollars for a pedicure where the gel polish is peeling off within 2 days! I have the whole nail kit at home with my own lamp.. I pay for a pedicure because I wanted a self care day and hoped A PROFESSIONAL NAIL SALON would do a better job than I would. Do it right the first time so we don't have to come back for you to be pissed at the customer for asking for a good job done on their nails. SMH never coming back. read more

Yes, I asked your nail tech to FIX my nails but she cut them off instead. So If you call this a manicure, I suggest you raise your nail standards. Also it should NOT take you 2 hours for a basic pedicure and half ass manicure. if you plan on charging full price, you should learn how to file nails EVENLY at the BARE MINIMUM. I asked your nail tech to stop filing the gel polish off bc she was thinning out my nails-- which I then told You that it damages nails. Overall the experience was good except I noticed afterwards that the guy that had painted my gel nails didn't paint all the way up to my cuticles. It's been about 3 days since I got my nails done. I got a gel manicure. The man doing my nails seemed to just really not want to be there. His energy was frustrated and impatient, which didn't make getting my nails done too fun. These are my nails now: bubbling, peeling, wet underneath, and very lumpy. Gel manicure chipped after one day and cost 70 dollars due to chrome upgrade the tech insisted on. When I came back to ask for it to be fixed the man angrily said yes and proceeded to make multiple of my fingers bleed due to being so rough. When he made them bleed he used his bare finger to compress the bleed, and I asked him to stop and he gave me a paper towel instead. Please don't come here. Amazing experience!!! It was my first time coming here and I went based on the Yelp reviews. The environment is so peaceful and the shop itself is newer and beautiful. They offer drinks/adult beverages as a part of your experience (I did turn them down just to keep my mask on). I felt cared for and knew I was having work done by incredibly skilled technicians. I got the $35 stone pedicure (not the official name of it) and $40 dip manicure. Very standard pricing and worth every freaking penny. Just moved to this neighborhood & have been looking for a new nail salon. I am really picky so I was hesitant about trying somewhere new but this place was pleasantly surprising. I called ahead and they said they could get me in within 5 min. I walked in and was immediately greeted, something worth noting for my other shy people out there - walking in and having everyone stare at you and not knowing what to do is always so awkward. I signed in and was immediately seated. Their gel color selection is great, I had multiple people ask me if I was comfortable and having a good day. You get a complimentary drink which is nice to add to the spa vibe. One thing I noticed is that it was very clean, I feel like even clean nail salons get very dirty because of the dust, but it was pristine and very well organized! I noticed that they use liners in the pedi bowls & clean them after each use. If you get a mimosa they even pour it in a cute glass, no plastic cups! I am pleased with how my nails came out. I think round/almond is a hard shape to pull off and she did a good job. If you're on mississippi I would recommend coming here, nice, friendly, clean environment I only gave 4 stars because it is very small and stations are stacked up very close to one another. I went to Boise Nails with my daughter for her birthday gift. The woman who did my manicure cut my finger and left my nail bleeding. And, I still have all the hangnails that I specifically told her I needed fixed. I read the bad reviews on yelp so I should have known better than going there. Worse of all, they overcharged me! Been here a couple of times for both a gel mani and a regular pedi. I usually call in the morning to see if they have availability. They've been able to schedule me in, even on the day of. It's spacious and clean. They also offer complimentary soft drinks and some alcoholic beverages during any service which is nice. Kai, one of the nail techs, does a good job and takes his time ensuring your nails look the way you want them to. One of the main technicians, I think his name is Sun, rushed through my pedicure the last time I was there. I let him know from the beginning that he'd probably need to remove part of my acrylic nail that had broken in order to apply the regular polish. I noticed he continued to work and I waited to see if he would remove it. But nope, sure enough he proceeded to apply the polish on top of the broken nail. The end result was a messy looking pedicure. I couldn't leave the salon without saying something so he ended up fixing it. I'll probably return at some point because it's nearby and they mostly do a good job but unfortunately it is no longer my first choice. read more

She cut my fingers in three different places, the shape is uneven, some nails are crooked and the paint job is awful.
