I was able to make a same day appointment which was nice. The salon is very beautiful! However, the service I received tainted made my overall experience making me not want to return. The nail technician I was paired with did not seem in the best mood. She barely said much to me during my manicure service which wouldn't necessarily be an issue if at least the service was good. She seemed visibly annoyed, and was passive aggressive nearly the entire time. She did not begin to be somewhat kind until the last like 10-15 minutes of my second service being done by her. I felt rushed out. I was even unaware of the complimentary drinks. As for the actual nails themselves; she didn't start my nails at the base so it looks like my nails are already grown out a bit. The polish on my toes is very streaky. They definitely needed another coat. It looks way worse in person. I didn't say anything while I was there, because I did not notice until I got a closer look at home. This place is pricey, and I personally don't think it's worth the money. Additionally, they aren't very clear about pricing. I don't think what I received and experienced is worth $132. Wishing you better luck if you decide to try it out!

I said no, I had already been there for 45 mins. Then she proceeded to yell at her staff. Then she came to me and said you should have told them long nails, so next time say long nail because we can do that here you know? We do everything. I won't be back. However, she managed to multi-task and was able to work on two customers simultaneously! She did not fail to ensure that both customers were getting the best quality service, and manage her time wisely! She was able to switch on and off each time each customer needed to soak/dry their nails, or just found the perfect time to go back and forth between customers! Even after all of that, she managed to finish my nails in 15-20 minutes, which was even faster than I expected! You're doing amazing at your job, Jolie! Thank you so much for all you do !

The nail colors (OPI) were all on artificial nails, in a little box for you to pick through while you sit, and you can see what they'll look like on your nails, no surprises once they're applied. This was the best Mani/Pedi I've ever had, in a private room where people are not walking by, walking in, or sitting anywhere in your view. It's amazingly relaxing. That being said, I am the kind of person that mostly allows myself these luxuries because you get a free massage from the fancy massage chairs that almost feel like human hands. Hands Face Body Place had a massage chair but it was lacking, one that just kind of shakes, and now I need to book a massage instead. Call me cheap, whatever, but next time I guess I will take the language barrier and public gawking at my adorable toes in order to get the massage.
