I came in for a soak off and the tech first tried to painfully pop my nails off. When I told her it hurt and requested a soak off, she charged me $10 but still didn't fully remove them. She rushed through the service while on the phone and left my nails broken and damaged. This was my second visit, the first was decent, but this time was terrible. I decided to try the nail shop. It definitely was a mistake. First, they did not have the color blue that I wanted to use...okay I picked out another. Second, the massage chairs seemed old and just did not even hit the spot. Third, I asked for a specific design with Palm tree...the young lady who did it, did it very sloppy and one palm tree is upside down! Fourth, the technician who did my feet really kept complaining about my feet! This is the first time I've ever experienced this! She made me feel like I had to explain why my feet were in "such" condition! And lastly, I had the "spa pedicure"...the technician left the hot towels on my legs until they were ICE COLD! Tuesday morning I looked up a nail salon that was open because I had the be at work by 11. Judy's nails was open at 9am. So I drove over. When I walked in I asked to have a fill in for my acrylic gel nails. They responded stating they didn't do acrylic gel nails. I said thank you and started walking out. One of the workers stopped and said no we do. So I sat down. The first women I was with removed my previous gel nail and filed them down for the new coat. She then sent me to another women. She started doing the same thing the previous women did. I asked her to trim them and reshape them. When she started to put a new coat of gel on. I noticed she wasn't filling with acrylic and I asked she said no this is just liquid. Already starting my appointment I didn't want to get up with my nails just filed down. I let her apply the product when she put my hand under the uv light my nails were burning so bad I couldn't keep them under there. She just smiled and said it burns but it is healthier.... what? I asked for my nails to be painted black since I'm a hairstylist and I work with color and water. The black I have on my nails is more of a deep navy but I don't mind the color. The shape of the nail is good. The problem I have is my nails are chipping and I NEVER have this with my acrylic gel. It started just 3 days after my appointment. Hugely disappointing considering it cost $35 and they didn't even do a new set just a fill and one repair nail. I'm giving 3 stars because even though I feel my money was wasted. The staff was nice. OMG. The worst. I tried this salon because of the great reviews. It took three (3) hours to get SNS nails that look horrible. My nails or not smooth and look very dull. They did not deserve the one star I had to give. read more

I have been here 2 times now. The first time I went I was so happy with how great my nails turned out. The second time not so much... I went to have a fill in and they had 2 customers there when I arrived so they took me and rushed through doing my nails. I guess the woman who was doing my nails had an appointment... So she rushed and when she finished I payed for my service and walked out got in my car looked down at my nails and saw bubbles and went back in to tell them to fix it. They buffed them out again and put a new top coat on but my nails still don't look that great. All in all I'm unhappy with what I got and won't be going back. I found my go to nail salon. Nika did my full set gel nails and my pedicure. Perfectionist!!! Professional and she takes her time. She listens to what the customer wants and delivers. I also got my eyebrows waxed and got a henna tattoo. Both techs took their time and did a beautiful job. I will DEFINITELY be going to Judy's Nails from now on. read more

The young lady who did them was super friendly and took her time. It appears that everyone in there were long time clients from what I can tell. While on vacation I came in here on the recommendation of locals. I have acrylic nails and when I asked for a fill I was given gel nails. When I asked why I was told that they only do gel because acrylic is bad for your nails. He then proceeded to file the acrylic off the bottom of my nails and sides to the point that my nails hurt. I asked at the beginning to make them the same thickness that I previously had. When he was done they were so thick I had to ask for them to be thinned. So he filed them down. Before he painted them I asked if he was going to make them shorter. He said he couldn't because they were to thin and my natural nail was long. I just gave up and just wanted to go. When I went to pay I noticed that the menu of services said Gell Fill $20 Acrylic Fill $17 So they did offer Acrylic. Perhaps they just want to force the more expensive service. So now I have gel nails that I never wanted. I see the positive reviews and perhaps if you are a local then they know you and you are treated better. If you are not from here then I suggest you ask questions before you sit down or go somewhere else. I would have gone back in and asked for my nails to be fixed but I just couldn't bare a file coming near my fingers again. read more
