Wow. Best salon I've been to in Fayetteville. HANDS DOWN. My sister and I came here got a mani & pedi. I got a manicure and saw the owner Lee. He was great. My sister got a full set of acrylic with the nail technician - her name is T. She is absolutely PHENOMENAL! She took her time. She actually filed the nails and moved the skin around the acrylic. It started off well. I called and needed an appointment I'm the next hour and they were available! I arrived and was greeted and escorted to a chair for my pedicure. The bowl was not clean, but the mail tech used a liner so I let it go. I brought my own polish for my toes because I wanted to make sure it was fresh and not thinned out so my toes would last. I received a great scrub and massage. He used a knocking technique that actually felt really good. The tools may or may not have been sanitized, they came out of a little "tool box" and I didn't see the little plastic packaging I'm accustomed to. All is going well until I see a 3-4" cockroach/carpet beetle bug crawl from under the vacant chair beside me. My eyes get huge and the woman in the other chair says "you just can unsee it can you?" I allow the service to continue because I was in the middle and did not want to cause a scene. Now I started noticing the little things. The indistinguishable carpet color is covered with mail clippings and dead skin. There's a few gnats flying around. We move to the manicure table and I'm extremely nervous because I lost track of the bug. I have the service, the massage is great. He uses two hands for my gel manicure. It's just a little sloppy, polish on my cuticles, but overall my nails look presentable on day 1. 2 days later my finger nails are peeling. I suspect the polish was old or thinned and it's why he used so many coats. The health department needs to drop in and they need to update their products. I highly recommend the salon hire an commercial cleaner to deep clean and get them back on track. read more

Tina and Lee sold the business to other people but it is suppose to be a secret. I went for a pedicure and the young lady cut my toe nail at the bottom and after two months it is still painful because the cut is working it's way to the top(the nail is growing out). Tina used to do my lashes and they convinced me to let this other lady do them and they were on my pillow the next day. I asked when was was Tina and Lee coming back and I was finally told that they would not be and neither will I. read more

I did not like their service. The gel looks uneven and lumpy. When I brought it to their attention, they acted as if they didn't understand.

Got a classic pedicure and SNS with tip for $74, which isn't that bad. Just an FYI, there prices have gone up due to inflation. Didn't really have a wait time. If you just want to get your nails done, with no glamours expectations, sure come here. They do reuse their nail tools for pedicures. Personally, I wouldn't go again. read more

This was my 1st time going and the owner I guess was very rude, wen I walk in a saw the nail color i wanted on a tech and he told me it's powder so a I ask if I can get it in gel polish or help my find similar color. I waited Patiently for an hour, but when it was my time he had and attitude with me because I couldn't find my color on the samples he gave me . I think that was very rude all he had to do is matched with I few bottles he had a process of maybe 5 min never again very bad 1st impression bad customer service read more

Love this place have been going here for 15 plus years love to support my local community and Lee and his family are really doing it right with the covid precautions. I went to all the nail salons in Fayetteville and was not happy until I finally found Nail show two years ago. The customer service is excellent. The nail techs are fantastic. They offer eyebrow waxing and eyelash extensions that I love. I get the gel set and they NEVER chip which is a big deal since I work with my hands. The owner is also super nice. Great customer service and quality nail work. Prices are affordable and they do amazing foot/leg massages with the pedicures. I go frequently. The staffing has been limited recently so longer waits than Im use to however owner has said this is changing soon. read more
