My favorite cheat food! LOL! The Golden Fried Chicken Wings and Spicy Chicken Sandwich are my favorite. I split the sandwich in half with my dad and share the wings. It's a very satisfying meal and definitely a cheat meal for me - I don't eat it often. Service is always efficient whether you order over the phone or in-person. I really enjoy the chicken here it's always crispy on the outside and tender when you bite into it. They get a lot of orders for people just picking up so it's great to see this location stay busy. Interior is very clean and bright with KPOP or K-Dramas playing on the TVs. Not Recommended for Kids! This was our first time dining here with our four children (ages 3-10), and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Because my kids can't handle spicy food, I asked for one dish to be made non-spicy so they could try it first. They loved it, so I ordered a second serving of the exact same dish for them. When the second order arrived, I could clearly see red chili flakes throughout the dish. As soon as my kids started eating, they complained that it was too spicy and couldn't finish it. I politely asked if the kitchen could remake the dish with no spice, explaining that it was for young children. Instead of trying to help, I was told the dish was made the same way as the first one and that it was the best they could do. There was no effort to find a solution or accommodate such a simple request. We ended up spending over $100 on a meal that our kids couldn't eat, and the lack of customer service made the experience even more disappointing. Sadly, we won't be returning and can't recommend this restaurant to families with young children. I want to like the restaurant. I love one of their flavors, but I dislike pretty much everything else. They only serve food with extreme flavors, except for the golden fried flavor which is terribly bland and far from great. I like sweets, so I like their honey garlic wings however if you don't like sweets you will not like this. It's almost like candied wings. But it's so sweet, I can only have a few. She tried a number of times. The order went through when she tried at 11 am That's the time the business opens. The order was placed with with a pick time of 11:30 am. She got a response that it would be ready between 11:30 and 11:35. The Interior was simple and clean with a few tables for dine in. I gave it 4 stars mainly because the menu doesn't clearly explain the style of fried chicken they use. Some are more golden fried while others are more tempura-style battered, so I'd recommend asking before ordering. The best combo I found was ordering the Golden Fried chicken with the sauce on the side. The chicken itself was juicy, tender, and had an amazing crunch. We went here from a referral and this place didn't disappoint. Clean restaurant with light background music. I didn't know what I wanted and the front desk person was helpful. She told me what her favorite flavors were. We decided on the Golden Chicken 9-piece wings. WOW -- amazing flavors. Light and not oily peppery in flavor. I had leftover chicken this morning and it was still crispy. We tried the kim chee fried rice and it was well seasoned not too hot in taste. I would like to recommend to the staff that rubbish receptables be taken out --- we saw flies in the restaurant which is not a good reflection of cleanliness. I think the food quality here has improved a lot compared to ~ 2-3 years ago. They have more quality cut now vs back then and came up with more flavors. The wait time isn't bad at all. Just know that their fried chicken is hot and fresh once you get it so don't be too quick to bite in.
