I'm going to preface this by saying that usually the service is slightly slow here and my food is usually pretty good but not great, but the last time I went I had excellent service and excellent, hot, fresh and fast food, so maybe things are turning around? My favorite item is the Hatch green chile burger, which reminds me of when I used to live in the Southwest and green chile was everywhere. The Hatch green chile burger at Buffalo Wild Wings has some slight heat but nothing overwhelming. Sometimes the fries are only warm and not crisp, but my fries recently were actually crispy, well seasoned, and hot. Service was prompt and attentive without being overwhelming. My check was taken care of quickly. I got refills of my drink when requested. I would come back to this location again based on this visit. Hopefully things are on an upswing! read more

Worst experience ever. Got sat at a wet table, hostess didn't wipe table down, which is fine sure. We bypassed that since we just wanted a quick bite. Definitely not quick by any means. I don't know why but our server Faith had taken our order, but didn't give us our drinks for 30 mins. We finally got our food 45 mins, but no plates, no napkins no tableware, no service at all. She only had 2 other tables, she wasn't even busy and she kept hanging out at the register screens. I had to walk over to her just to ask for napkins. Another server walked over to us to give us napkins. Not even his table. She didn't refill our drinks, she didn't ask how the food was, she didn't even ask for the check. Onion rings, combo meal with fries & lemon pepper wings + strawberry lemonade. A whole hour went by, he brought back wings + 6 tender pieces, no onion rings. Fries were cold! Hubby and I were at Ala Moana on a Thursday afternoon and saw a sign for all you can eat wings so we were intrigued. We ended up ordering from thier lunch specials instead and I'm glad we did because I couldn't even finish my 10 wings lol. The fries and tater tots were well seasoned hot, fresh, and crisp. The burger was on the bland side imo and it was quite oily. My wings were good, some were on the dry side but I was glad they weren't dripping in oil. You have a choice of 2 flavors. We went to catch some NFL games this morning. Luckily, it wasn't packed. We were seated right away. We were seated by the bar with the huge screen TV. I wanted to watch the Cowboys vs. Browns game and it was playing on the screen. After that we stayed for the Lions vs. Rams game, so we were there for hours. We ordered the house sampler $18.99, 20 traditional wings $36.99 and a loaded ice cream $3.99. The house sampler comes with wings, nachos, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. We chose the traditional wings with orange chicken sauce. The 20 piece wings came with four sauces. We chose honey bbq, parmesan garlic, lemon pepper and teriyaki. We also got bleu cheese for dipping. Out of all the sauces teriyaki is still my favorite followed by orange chicken. Everything we ate today was yummy. The food did take a while to arrive. Our server was so patient with us. She kept asking us if we needed anything and kept bringing us waters. My husband got a 15% veterans discount. At the Pearl Highlands branch, the service was some of the worst I've ever experienced. The restaurant wasn't busy, yet it took 12 minutes just to get water. The waitress ignored us, didn't check in, and I eventually had to walk to the bar for a drink and ask another server for utensils and napkins. Once our food arrived, our waitress completely disappeared until I asked a different server for the check. Unfortunately, the Ala Moana location for my son's birthday was no better. Despite my mother-in-law arriving early, we waited over an hour past our quoted time while tables sat uncleared and guests lingered. We were told it might be another 45 minutes to an hour, which was the final straw. As much as it hurts to say, I can't recommend this place anymore. Mom loves her wings... Work had me missing the complete holiday experience...just about zero shopping or mall visits during the entire 2023 holidays so I needed to see what's left and finally made my way to the mall and mom had to tag along. After a long winding way around I gave her options for us to have lunch at and without hesitance it was wings...so here we are. Located on the upper level right outside the Target and playground is Buffalo Wild Wings and since it was on Sunday we both stumbled on a Collage football moment though I was so surprised that the loud screaming didn't phase her but the vibe here is just so vibrant with multiple giant tv on every wall all showing various shows with the obvious collage football showing on each wall. They do have happy hour weekdays from 3pm to 6pm which are some great deals that's sadly we were too early for but they do also have great lunch combo as well weekdays from 11am to 2pm. $12 and $14 combos includes fries and drink you just need to make your choice of entrees. She had the 6 traditional wings and I had the 10 boneless wings. The restaurant was super packed and with just two servers we still were greeted and sat immediately we didn't get menus as it was crazy but they did have QR code for that and when the server greeted us noticed and gave us physical menus and got our drinks while we decided. I decided to order through the QR since they were busy and moments later the server returned and took great care of us regardless of everything that went on there was a few hiccups but they were right on it to fix it all and we enjoyed our dish and lunch break which is all that matters along with the convenience being in the mall it's a great option besides the food court and having the television is the comfort I do enjoy. We went in for the AYCE wings today. 24.99 for traditional. The wings were pretty tasty and nice and crispy. A bit small but it's AYCE so who cares. I ordered via uber eats. I am posting this here because they are not allowing me to report my issues. I ordered pretzel knots with everything seasoning, a brownie, 6 boneless wings and 6 regular wings. The pretzel knots had no seasoning on them at all. I ordered them specifically because I love everything seasoning I did not get a brownie which is what I wanted. If they had called and let me know they were replacing it with a cookie, I would have said that I didn't want it. The food quality is poor are the service is poor. We've gone here twice. The first time was bad but we decided to give them another chance. Our server was nice. But our food came out cold. I ordered boneless honey bbq wings and it was cold. My son ordered grilled cheese which came out not cooked. Literally two piece's of cheese smashed into bread. The cheese was not melted at all. Almost like they forgot to cook it. I'm not sure I've ever been to B Dubs, but I've heard it discussed and was curious. It's standard fries chicken chunks, the sauces were tasty and well proportioned, a bough to coat the chicken but not dripping. The 10 pieces was more than enough food. They have about 20 beers on tap if not more, they also do some nice mixed non-alcoholic drinks. Parking is free and can take a bit to find in the huge parking structure, but there will always be some somewhere. This is in the third floors in the foot court area, by Target. read more

We walked in at 1:20 on a Thursday. There is a sign basically saying sit wherever you want. There was a guy at the podium and he indicated that we could sit at a booth, a table, or at the bar. We chose to sit at a booth near the front door. We waited 15 minutes. During that time the wait staff served the customers at the table next to us. The wait staff brought food, drinks, and utensils to them 5 separate times. During none of those 5 times did any of the staff come to our table. Never. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We had menus on our table and the table had not been wiped down. There was a signed copy of a receipt waiting to be picked up from the former occupant of the booth.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] In frustration, I crumbled it up and threw it on the other end of the table. Maris, who has a history of working in the food service industry for numerous years, uncrumbled the receipt. At the point, I thought of throwing the pen at the waiter two tables away. After waiting another two minutes, I told her to give me the receipt so I could tear it up. I should have done that the first time. At that moment, she asked someone who happened to walk past our table if she worked there, to which she answered in the affirmative. Maris told her we had been waiting for over 15 minutes and the table had not been wiped down after the last customer left. The person told us we would get better service at the bar. As we were heading toward the bar, the guy at the next table said they had waited 45 minutes before someone came to wait on them. I don't know if he was exaggerating but I believe they did wait a long time. I went there because I received a gift card. The food is actually decent for a chain restaurant and my friend Alan, whom I eat lunch with every week, with our other friend Sean, likes their burgers. I don't think I will go back there. Buffalo Wild Wings is a great place to enjoy sporting events with food and drinks. They often show the UFC pay per views here. We tried the house sampler which includes nachos, mozzarella sticks, chicken wings, and onion rings. I'm a fan of the wings especially the bourbon and Parmesan Italian flavors. The other sides were ok but the wings were my favorite. The nachos were good as well. The chips were crispy and had a good amount toppings including shredded chicken. Next time, I'll stick to order just the wings though. They have a large menu of drinks which were all good but on the sweet side for my taste. We will be back for the next UFC event. read more

On Sunday February 8, at 1:17 p.m., I made my order with BWW through Door Dash. It was a rainy and very windy day and decided to ride my bike over to pickup the order. I figure deliver would take forever. Wrong! After getting there and waiting and waiting...I asked the hostess (several times) about my order. I was told: "It's Superbowl Sunday. Please be patient. There's like a million people here." Those were her LITERAL WORDS to me. I had to wait OUTSIDE in the windy, chilly rain for my order. When TWO HOURS went by and still no food - I was furious. I asked them again about my order to only be asked to be patient. I called Door dash and they literally had to call the restaurant and speak to the unprofessional Manager. They told Doordash that my order couldn't "be found." After TWO HOURS this was unacceptable business practice. If they couldn't find my order then why was I previously told to please "be patient" due to the high volume of patrons due to Superbowl? Instead of verifying anything, I was led to believe my order was being worked on. I even received notices from Doordash saying my order was ready. So something is wrong and fraudulent that BOTH parties (BWW and Doordash) gave the impression my order was being processed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is unacceptable as I could have gotten ill by sitting in the rain![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Not only that but I left with no food despite my card being charged. The level of service varies but the food is always good here. My kids love their kids' menu choices and for us (mom & dad), wings are a given.
