Walked in here, signed in to be put on the wait list. Took about 45 min to get seated inside. Our server took our drinks right away & I ordered some food right away. Onion rings, combo meal with fries & lemon pepper wings + strawberry lemonade. A whole hour went by, he brought back wings + 6 tender pieces, no onion rings. Fries were cold! Brought it to his attention the onion rings were missing & he said, he didn't put it in. Waited another 39 minutes for onion rings. By that time I did not want them anymore! Frustrating! Definitely will not visit here ever!

This location is on the top level of Ala Moana shopping center just before the entrance to Target. Plenty of seating but I found it to be pretty dark inside. On this past occasion I ordered take out through the app. It gave me a pick up time but when I went on the allotted time (5 min past actually) , my food still wasn't ready. It took another 19 min wait. Food is good. Different sauces for wings and fries. They have a bunch of value specials and promos that you can order. Good place to meet up and hang out to watch a game.

Hubby and I were at Ala Moana on a Thursday afternoon and saw a sign for all you can eat wings so we were intrigued. We ended up ordering from thier lunch specials instead and I'm glad we did because I couldn't even finish my 10 wings lol. The fries and tater tots were well seasoned hot, fresh, and crisp. The burger was on the bland side imo and it was quite oily. My wings were good, some were on the dry side but I was glad they weren't dripping in oil. You have a choice of 2 flavors. I opted for salt and vinegar and lemon pepper (both dry rubs) the seasoning didn't stick but I didn't mind lol. I think I would have been better off coosing a sauce option. Our waitress Rachel was sweet and kept my husband's soda cup full, which he loves. The restaurant was on the empty side which was nice. For the price I would definitely return.

Went for dinner pretty late in the night at around 10:45pm so it wasn't super crowded, about 5 other groups dining in. Service was good and fairly quick. Food was good, onion rings were ok though. I prefer onion rings crunchy, BWW onion rings is the type to get soggy fast.

Visited Buffalo Wild Wings at Ala Moana for a casual meal. The sports bar vibe is fun and there's good energy, especially if you want to watch a game. Service was friendly and the location is clean and convenient inside the mall. Honestly, the wings were just okay--nothing exciting flavor-wise, and the texture was slightly dry rather than crispy or juicy. The tater tots were soft and didn't have that crispiness that really makes a good tot stand out. The sauces helped add flavor, but the sides overall felt forgettable. Beer selection was solid, with plenty of options served cold. Great place for a casual get-together, but food-wise, it's more about the atmosphere than the quality. Would recommend if convenience and sports are the priority, but maybe not for a true wing craving.

We went to catch some NFL games this morning. Luckily, it wasn't packed. We were seated right away. We were seated by the bar with the huge screen TV. I wanted to watch the Cowboys vs. Browns game and it was playing on the screen. After that we stayed for the Lions vs. Rams game, so we were there for hours. We ordered the house sampler $18.99, 20 traditional wings $36.99 and a loaded ice cream $3.99. The house sampler comes with wings, nachos, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. We chose the traditional wings with orange chicken sauce. The 20 piece wings came with four sauces. We chose honey bbq, parmesan garlic, lemon pepper and teriyaki. We also got bleu cheese for dipping. Out of all the sauces teriyaki is still my favorite followed by orange chicken. Everything we ate today was yummy. The food did take a while to arrive. Our server was so patient with us. She kept asking us if we needed anything and kept bringing us waters. My husband got a 15% veterans discount. She also put in my phone number so that I could get points with this meal.

Dissapointing and bland. I did an online takeout order and was quoted 20 to 30 min for pickup. Upon arriving you walk through a gauntlet of children at the playground. I got to the takeout area by the bathrooms and waited for about 5 min with 3 other people also waiting.... NOT a single employee acknowledged any of us. One staff tried to give me an order for Gabriel I had to tell her its not me I'm Gabrielle. A manager finally gave me my food and my mistake for not checking it I ordered wings and was given boneless (basically chicken nuggets) wings which is $4 cheaper carrots and celery in a plastic bag was laughable CHECK YOUR ORDERS!!!

Have they opened up the windows or make a patio for open air Covid approved dining? People can watch the game as they walk by - mall should let you make patio seats outside so can eat and have some sun and watch kids play?

If your referring to the BWW in Medford Oregon, the have both outdoor and indoor seating per the state requirements. The patio has been open all winter, is open air with heaters.

Do they still have happy hour?

There is no happy hour. They do have $3 beers and $3 shots all month.

    Do they take reservations?

No they do not. The MVP room, which has couches, TVs, and video games, is reservation only for $250

Do they show the uh football games?

    They have everything

Do they have vegan wings? Would be easy make tofu wings no one would care ...

No, they don't have vegan wings.

The staff was super nice about it and was able to accommodate us, with only a small request that we be out by 8pm since there was another big party with a reservation coming in. Absolutely reasonable. They sat us right away at three large tables, which gave us plenty of space for food and didn't force us to sit super close together. Menus, waters, plates, napkins, and forks were all brought out immediately, and our waiter was quick to take our order. We started with the prix fixe menu for 8-10 guests and were going to add other items à la carte, but a handful of our group accidentally went to the other Side Street location (make sure your group is all on the same page), so what we ordered ended up being more than enough. We left stuffed and with 5 boxes of food still. Edamame was nice and steamy, and large enough to easily pop the beans out with your mouth. Wish there was a bit more salt though. The farmer's salad had everything going on from citrusy to salty to crispy. Avocado had a little bit of oxidation but the capers, dressing and potato curls provided plenty of reasons to overlook it. The fried rice came in a hefty portion, with sizable pieces of bacon and sausage. The chicken I didn't realize was boneless based on the shape of the deep fry, but it was nice to freely bite into it without worrying about hitting anything with my teeth. Probably a bit too much on fried bits but still good. Pork chops had a better meat to crisp ratio in my opinion, as well as juiciness. They even came with ketchup on the side, which I love as a pairing but don't see much of at restaurants. My favorite meat item was definitely the sizzling boneless kalbi. The presentation on the sizzling plate with a side of kimchi was spectacular, and the meat was full of flavor. We also ordered yakisoba, which wasn't part of the prix fixe. Tasted good but nothing past standard expectations. We let the waiter know we had a 30th birthday at the table, and they brought a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream with a candle, and did a decent job getting the whole room to participate in the singing. It could also be the type of crowd this place attracts, since it seemed that everyone was so friendly and approachable. Thanks to the quick and consistent service, we were out in a little over an hour with no complaints.

When you come through the beach, you have the option of dining at the bar, which seems to be a totally different experience. The bar serves burgers and other bar foods, and we wanted something a little less casual. After entering through the bar, we ended up having to go to the desk inside. They added my name and took down my phone number to text when the table is ready. This place is huge. There is indoor seating with lots of grass "skirt" trim around some of the ceiling and bars, and the upholstery of the dining chairs are different colorful aloha prints. On the deck there are think torches and umbrellas and string lights. On the level just a few steps down are more umbrella tables and some musicians playing Hawaiian music. All around are photos of the famous Olympic champion, surgery, and actor Duke Kahanamoku. Much to my surprise, as I was looking around while waiting for a table, a girl asked if I was Denise. They didn't text me; rather, they jot down a brief description so they can just look around and find you. She sat us on the beach deck. Our server was fantastic, so friendly with lots of explanations and recommendations. They use an ordering system and it's fun like a week liked machine. Hubby's beer was delivered to our table before our server even walked away! We both ordered the teriyaki sirloin steak with mashed potatoes. It. Was. Freaking. Delicious. I was full, but couldn't stop eating because it was so good. Dukes is really a place where you know you are in Hawaii--the decor, the food, the music, the friendly service.
