So this is my second time ordering from here.Because the wings were so delicious when I tried them a few days ago I had to come back. Upon placing my order online.I did not get a chance to put my birthday promo.In for free kimchi rice. I called the restaurant and explained to them the situation, but we were unable to cancel the order unless I went through doordash, which I didn't feel like it because I felt I was going to probably order again anyway. The manager was very sincere and apologetic over the phone. When I arrived at the restaurant, the manager came and spoke to me and apologized again and offered me a free smoothie for the inconvenience of not being able to use my promo code online. I thought this was really cool and definitely awesome customer service. so I definitely will be coming back because of that and the delicious wings. Thank you, Juicy. We got our usual honey garlic boneless wings today (20 piece as opposed to 10 piece) & were extremely disappointed. As you can see from our pictures of the same exact order 7 months ago there was a nice serving of sauce on the wings. This time, as you can see from the picture, barely any sauce which means very little flavor. Also the wings were cut in huge thick squares which is not a boneless wing cut. The boneless wings here are longer and a bit thinner; today we just got big blobs of chicken with barely any sauce or flavor. Don't think we will be back any time soon as there are so many more options in the area that are much more consistent. read more

I ordered a half and half "whole" chicken. It was just wings and tiny chunks of chopped up bony pieces. No breast at all. Super disappointing. The original one is just meh. The coating is crunchy but flavorless. The Secret Sauce one tastes much better. The chicken meat doesn't taste like much but some pieces didn't taste fresh. Ordered this to feed the family and everyone was still hungry afterwards because there is very little meat here, just coating and bones. I ordered "Cheeseling" fries too and those were OK even though there wasn't much cheese flavor and they were very sugary. I'm guessing this place gets good reviews just for the sauces on the wings. The wings are tiny with almost no meat though so I don't get it. Maybe the boneless is better but after this I'm guessing they are probably chicken nugget sized. I feel ripped off so I definitely don't recommend coming here. Update: I saw my kid got a breast piece and now I understand why all the pieces were so small. The breast is 2.5 inches by 2 so they're using very small Cornish game hens. Technically a chicken but, wow. Misleading and scummy. Definitely never going back now. read more

If you're looking for the best wings in the area, this is it. These wings are insanely crispy on the outside with juicy tender chicken on the inside, I have no idea how they do it. The spicy galbi is my favorite of all the flavors we've tried. It has a perfect balance of barbecue and spicy. Almost like a barbecue Pringle flavor. You never have to ask for extra sauce because it's always the perfect amount. Hot spicy is another favorite. That was 9/10 on the hot meter, but the flavor is so good we can't stop eating them while tears run down our eyes from the heat. Their boba teas are also very good which pair really well with your wings. I love that it allows you to specify the sugar level since I don't like my drinks too sweet. read more

If I was just judging by the food I'd give this place a 5/5 as it is delicious. But I'm giving 2 stars due to their recent price hike. Used to get 10 wings for $13 which was already on the expensive side. Now it's 8 wings for $14. Absurd. A complete rip off. Will never go here again. Such a shame bc as I said earlier their wings are a 5/5, very delicious and great quality. Not worth the price anymore. With the restaurant industry, I've realized good things never last. Either quality/portions goes down or price goes up, oftentimes both at the same time. All good things must come to an end I suppose. read more

Place is ok! Wings are as good as other BB.Q places. My concern is the Asian girl behind the counter who whispers to the American girl when serving customers. I had a question about the menu and she doesn't give me the answer but instead tells the other girl. She doesn't make eye contact, no facial expression. Her face looked bossy! When she called out a name, I looked up but wasn't sure if she called out my order because there was music playing and other customers talking. I see her sighed, marched towards my table. I said thank you as soon she placed the bag on the table but she turned quickly around and walked behind the counter without a peep. Leaving the store, she was looking at her phone. Chicken is good. 8 wingettes (4 wings) for $16; pricy. Nice crunch to it. Many selections of sauce, but no samples allowed. Each sauce is $1.33 apiece, not complimentary. If one wanted to try different sauces, would add up $$$$ quickly. Lack of flexibility with the sauces is not customer-friendly, as even Buffalo Wild Wings doesn't charge to try different sauces. Restaurant is clean, but has blasting Hip-Hop "music" beyond a decible level other than that of a millenial nightclub. Not sure if "N-word" blasting over speakers is appropriate for any audience.
