When our food came out (about 45 minutes after ordering) she just handed the plate to the person I was eating with instead of just placing the plate on the table which had plenty of room. But when I call to place an order it either takes forever to get through OR you get the message no one is available at this time. Arrived a few minutes later and went in to order, not busy at all? While waiting for my order did not hear the phone ring at all but the take out employee did answer the phone. So, my question is why did my call not get picked up? Three of the last 5 times I couldn't order by phone. Was it because if the employee is not standing right there does not know? Possibly doing her job and more due to short staffing? I am not a fan of traditional (bone-in) wings so I cannot comment on that. Their chicken sandwich is also very well done and it is different (in taste) from items available in similar restaurants. Drinks: Good selection but nothing really stands out. Their shot/drink of the month are nice and cheap; just make sure the menu is updated. I was told the Scorpion was very strong; I did not think so. The Mai Tai and Blue Hawaiian were better done Wait times for food is average; comparable to most level restaurants. The wings are well priced and you get what you pay for in terms of portions. It's good place for groups and has a divey feel to it; very loud doing sports nights. Had the Thai Curry traditional wings which were phenomenal if you enjoy Indo-Asian flavors... the boneless mild wings were good too (actually chicken not processed nuggets). For a starter, we had the sampler which included wings (your choice of grilled or crispy), fried pickles (so good!), chili cheese fries, and spinach and artichoke dip. There was more than enough food in the sampler for the four of us although if you had been with a group of 6 or more, I would opt for two appetizers. For an entree, I had the Buffalo chicken salad and it was SPICY! To cool off the hotness, I had ranch dressing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this BWW location! It's a great place to catch sports games, meet up with friends, and even just get some apps. The food is good and I drive quite a ways to get their wings. The service is another thing. Although the staff are cordial they have no problem letting you stand there and wait. I recently went to pick up an order. There were more staff than customers there. Maybe two tables were taken at lunch time on a Saturday. Most of the staff were hovering over the bar chatting away. They obviously saw me standing there waiting for my pickup order but none of them thought to get someone to help me. Not my job I guess they thought. After 10 minutes standing at the counter and no one coming over to help I went to the bar and asked for assistance. Finally they made a move and got the person at the takeout counter whose only job seems to be carrying the food from the kitchen to the takeout counter. She was nice enough and friendly enough when she arrived. This is not me just having a bad day there. This happens to some extent every time I go there to pick up my food. You really have to wonder about a business that is getting 2 1/2 stars on Yelp and is practically empty on a Saturday lunch hour is not saying to itself "Boy we are in bad shape. No one is coming in and people are complaining like crazy on Yelp. We better start making some changes here fast!" Management obviously doesn't care. After an absolutely abysmal experience getting take out from this establishment and their manager reaching out to make it right but only to completely ghost me, I need to share. Ordered food to watch Wrestlemania with some friends and family. All of the wings were prepared incorrectly. Wings that were supposed to have sauce on the side, did not. The wrong sauces were provided and some not provided at all. All wings on the bone were incredibly greasy. Really unappetizing. The boneless wings were fried way too long and were hard as a rock. There was literally nothing correct about this meal besides the fries which the portion size for a large was laughably small. A manager reached out with apologies and saying they would send me a gift card for the amount that I had paid as "it seems like nothing was correct about your order and I've worked here for 12 years so I know all about quality control." Okay Buffalo Wild Wings is not my first choice for wings. They do offer great sauces but I would only go for a fight night if no one is hosting or during their BOGO on Tuesdays or Thursdays. What makes my experience not so great is this particular location in Moorestown. Every time I've been here(handful), the booths are literally always sticky and gross. Not only that but the service is terrible! Every time I've been there it seems as if the server forgets we are even there, and I often have to find myself looking for the server for a refill or a condiment, it shouldn't be that way. Even on a slow night the service is still bad. The food seems like it sits in the window because the food is never hot, lukewarm at its best.
