Man this place is the truth. Their fried chicken is so freaking good. We have some pretty tasty fried chicken here in Texas but the crunch they get on their fried chicken may be the best I've had in years. The flavor of the chicken itself might benefit from some flavor but I don't even care really. The crunch and flavor of the batter and sauces are outstanding. Prices are a tad high too, to be honest. But overall the food tastes great. Their street food is pretty solid too. Price would be my main issue but even with that, hard to not give them 5 stars. read more

I love Bb.q but this time the chicken tasted overly greasy, maybe the grease needed to be changed... overall, they're typically consistent and the chicken stilll tasted really good! If you don't want your fries as an appetizer make sure you tell them to bring out with the chicken. I've been here twice in the last two months with different people. Although the staff is extremely nice in both instances they were less attentive at the end. It was a little disappointing seeming as if now that they've got the sale, food was delivered they didn't need to check in or they seem reliant on the call button. Which I know that's the purpose of it but they had stopped to see if everything was okay once or twice early on. Food each time was delicious, crispy, & hot! The portions, even the smallest, is enough for at least two people. Cheesling is a fave with that sweet powder, keep in mind it's messy but I don't mind. Make sure you get pickled radish, it's a must. I forgot what flavor my friends got but I did enjoy whatefee I tried, tossed in the right amount of sauce! The rice cakes are also a good choice, both flavors. I didn't try the sweet potato fries but my friend enjoyed them. Bone in & boneless chicken options, always a plus! Cool decor, TVs to keep you entertained. Our table was a bit sticky when we arrived one time, we had been sitting down for awhile before we noticed as I went to move my wallet when the food arrived & we just asked for more napkins to wipe it off overselves. Used to be good but pretty mediocre now. Last time I got honey garlic chicken and spicy tteokbokki but both of the togo box was all black on the sides (burnt not the color of the box) this making it taste really burnt. The chicken is usually pretty good, but the tteokbokki is 80% cabbage. Service is always pretty good! read more

We were really excited and when we walked in they were advertising some drinks and floats that we really wanted to try. However, service was below par. The server didn't ask us if it was our first time there and we asked for fries and she didn't tell us they were shareable so we both got huge orders of fries and when we asked what she would recommend she didn't really give us too much to go on- she was not as helpful to us as she was to a group of guys. Restaurant with clean & the atmosphere was cool, but the food didn't impress. They also did not have any of the drinks that they were advertising and a lot of the food on the menu was sold out so we were limited on what we could pick. The chicken here is delicious, highly recommend the honey garlic. The problem is that honey is highly toxic to babies, so when I tried to order a couple of original tenders for my son, I was told that I could only order in increments of 8. I was ordering 16 pieces, and I couldn't allocate 2-3 of them for him...no à la carte option...no kids meal. I had to order 8 pieces of chicken for my 8 month old, which is absolutely ridiculous. We won't be back for that reason, if we can't eat as a family then I'm no longer interested. We didn't have this problem at the TCU location. read more

You are supposed to scan a QR code to get to a menu, but neither of us could get it to take us to the proper location. When asking the server about it, he told us to just scan the thing and then walked off. I went up to the bar to grab real menus and we lived happily ever after.
