Came here for the first time at this location. My family and I love Jollibees. We always order the Yumburgers, Spaghetti and Fried Chicken, a 6pc Bucket of Chicken, and the Mango Peach Pie and the Ube Pie. Every is so hot, juicy, crispy, and/or flavorful. It is a bit pricey, but you get quality food. The Pineapple Quencher drink is always delicious and the Mango Freeze was amazing. The staff are friendly and fast. Our family has been to this location 2 times, one year apart, and had similar experiences both times. The first time, it began to rain, and the drive through closed while we were in it. We had to go in during the heavy rainfall and order, and wait 45 minutes for chicken tenders. The team lost our order, and we had to wait even longer. Upon getting home and checking the food, they got the order wrong. Second time, chicken tenders had a 10 minute wait time, which ended up being 30 mins, as they let the prepared chicken sit out for seemingly no reason. Both times, the tenders were some of the smallest I've ever seen. Seems that improper organization and management kill this place, and with the high prices, that's a huge shame. read more

Came in on an unusually busy day for them, on the 1st day of a promotional item (for Final Fantasy, which is why my daughter had us stop in) and the place was packed with both their own typical customers AND the fandom customers. They were doin' their best being overwhelmed. The staff was very nice and hard working. The young guy working the counter, Luke, was exactly the kind of employee one hopes to get when in a fast food place, he clearly cared to do his best. One of the funny things I took notice of is the fact they wear formal uniforms, caps included. That may not matter to many, but to me, that's no small touch. It adds to the atmosphere and sense of cleanliness and interest in the customer's impressions. Typical fast food have given up on this as a priority, and I have not appreciated the trend. I really like how Jollibees do this. It was the 1st I ever had of Jollibee, and it was good. Their chicken itself was pretty good, but I'm confident if it was a normal day, would probably be "less rushed". Their sides came off less rushed, but everything together was not bad at all. Good portions. One thing I did notice is while the do have bread items (bisquits) they count as a side item. So, it's an either/or/extra situation if you want both potatoes AND a biscuit, with most of the smaller/individual meal options we saw. There probably are some we may have overlooked. But that does tie into what I particularly liked, the price. It is in general less expensive to most chicken places, at least with the item we got, which is the 6 piece chickenjoy bucket, which is made for 2 people, and it was plenty for us. It came with two sides and two drinks, and it was $22, which (THESE days) is a pretty good deal, ending up $11 a person. The entire experience/value is really good with what you get for what you pay. Let me add a few things: 1, at 11:15, and not busy, I had to still clean my own table - add to it, the floor was dirty 2. NO TEA!!! (Yeah, some peach tea Pepsi product but no brewed tea), 3. Pepsi products, 4. No Dr Proper, 5. No butter for the dry biscuit, 6. You can't get the sour cream seasoning on your tenders or chicken which is odd since you just shake it on the fries, 7. It ain't cheap! Over $29 for two of us. Literally could have ate at Chili's cheaper. Why not a one star? Because there's one thing they do great... their fried chicken (especially spicy) is some of the best fried chicken I think you can buy. Fresh and delicious. We went through the drive-thru and added an extra sauce to our order, which we were charged for. We were then instructed to park in Spot #2 while waiting for our food. When our order was brought out, the extra sauce was missing, so I went inside to request it. While waiting, I watched an employee dispense only a very small amount of sauce into the container and then shake it to make it appear fuller than it actually was. When the drive-thru employee handed it to me, I mentioned that I had seen the other employee shaking the container. He laughed, looked back toward the other employee, and said, "He saw you, man." A manager appeared to witness the interaction and simply responded, "Just put a little more." The issue isn't the sauce itself--it's the attitude behind the interaction. I paid for an extra sauce, and I expect to receive what I paid for, not a container intentionally made to look fuller than it was. Watching employees joke about it, followed by what appeared to be a manager dismissing the situation, left a very poor impression. It's disappointing that something as simple as fulfilling a paid order honestly became an issue. I hope this is addressed with your staff, because customers shouldn't have to question whether they're receiving what they paid for. read more

Been hearing about Jollibee for a while now. I saw it & thought "why not?" I had time! Came in, ordered on the kiosk & got my food in less than 5 minutes. I ordered the Chickenjoy 2pc (half original/half spicy) w mashed potatoes and a peach mango pie. The chicken was so crispy and juicy. Crispiest fried chicken I've ever had from a fast food place I wasn't a big fan of the mashed potatoes but the gravy was top notch. Better than most fast food places. I feel I ordered about everything on the menu. To my surprise I enjoyed the jolly spaghetti. I highly recommend the spicy chickenjoy over the original. The angus aloha burger and ube pie were mid. Peach mango pie was delicious and it's worth paying 0.50 cents more for the pineapple quencher. My overall experience could've been 5 stars. However, after checking my order I had to return for my Ube pie. My fries weren't crispy and bottom fries had black residue from being fried in old grease I believe. The bacon was undercooked on my burger. Service was pretty fast and the drive-thru clean. The staff at the window were friendly and I feel prices were reasonable. I've always wanted to try this since it came to the area. I'm glad I finally did but I also was disappointed in some ways. I really didn't care for the french fries but I did enjoy them when dipped in the gravy that came with the chicken. The chicken was definitely the standout. I really did not care for the spaghetti. The biggest shocker was that The biscuits were drier than a biscuit from Popeyes on its worst day. We tried the fried pies and they were alright. This location offered their spicy & original recipe chicken as well as a saucy, Korean flavored as well. We ordered a family bucket that came with "small" sides. If you have a family, get the large. Doesn't make any sense that they give & charges you for small sides. Food wise, the chicken was grand, sides paired well and mango peach pies at the end for the win! The part that wasn't a hit were the biscuits. They were awful. Stone like. Whomever packed them, knew they were hard as stone and packed them anyway? Come'on. I went through the drive thru for my first jollibees experience ever. I told the lady that it was my first time and she recommended the 2 piece meal. I wish I'd asked for 1 piece reg and 1 piece spicy bc i did find it a little spicier than i like. The gravy was good. The biscuit was no good and didn't really see the point of it being there. The spaghetti was fun to try but not a big fan. Tasted more like ketchup than tomato sauce, i understand thats the style they are going for. I tried the ube pie and it was fun. I was super excited when they built an Arlington location, because it was closer than driving to Dallas or Plano. It was great at the beginning, but now they stoped selling their palabok. I had no idea Jollibee was in Arlington, I passed it so many times and still never noticed it. Because I wasn't that hungry, I only purchased a piece of chicken and a pie. I was surprised, one piece of chicken was $3.00, but you were only able to choose from a thigh or drumstick. If you're paying that much for a piece of chicken, you should be able to pick what part of the chicken you want. Spicy fried chicken: I must say, it was fresh and very good! I don't normally eat spicy foods, but someone said that's where you'll find the most flavor. Alone, it was good and the sauce made it, a lot better. Peach Mango Pie: I am not a fan of the pie, it was gooey and undercooked. Also, I couldn't really taste the fruit or at least, decipher the peach vs. mango. Even if it were cooked thoroughly, it isn't something I'll get again. I made it home about 20 minutes after getting the chicken, relaxed and then sat down to eat. The chicken was still warm and full of crunch. Overall, it was a nice experience. I will definitely visit again! As someone said, it is a bit overpriced. So make sure you go when chicken is usually cooked fresh, I'd be ticked if I paid a decent amount for something that sat under a heating lamp for a bit. Not due the fact that the food was being made, but it was just sitting in the kitchen and no one thought to call my order number out. Didn't even get the coconut dream or passonfruit drinks I paid for because I refused to wait another minute while they fix their machine. I was excited to come and try Jollibee since the last time I had it was during a trip to California. This location was extremely lacking. The spaghetti did not have enough sauce, the gravy was extremely runny, and the adobo rice had a lot of just plain white rice in it like it wasn't mixed well enough. The service was good, but the empty tables were all dirty. I had to clean a table off as well as the seats because of oil on the seats and leftover food on the table. Made our way back to Jollibee, since my boyfriend hadn't tried their yum burger and chickenjoy. We also got the spaghetti, tenders, fries, and ube pie. First off, we didn't buy the meals for any of them, so it definitely was overpriced like the 3 small pieces of chicken tenders were $9. Nothing exciting about it and it's a different kind of breading than the chickenjoy. I mean, if they had a spicy version of it, then maybe it might've been worth the price, but yah, it's just a basic order of tenders. Plus, they give you a tiny amount of gravy on the side. Another heads up. The fries were eh. I've had better, but what he enjoyed the most was the yumburger and dipping it in the gravy. On May 12th, 2026 at 8:34 pm, I went to Jollibee to order a 10-piece spicy Bucket Treat C and 5 peach mango pies (drive-through). The employee I encountered was named Carson. His service was the worst and most rude I've ever experienced. When I asked for the spicy Bucket Treat C, he immediately said without thinking that it was sold out and advised me to order the regular version instead. I asked, "Are you sure? It was only 8:30 pm, and last time I waited about 15 minutes." He said, "I can wait." He seemed to think I didn't need it anymore and said, "Bye." I asked again, "Huh?" What I meant was, I could wait... how long would it take? He said 17 minutes. And I said okay, I'll wait, and continued ordering until I paid. His attitude was incredibly rude and dismissive. He even pointed at me and told me to park my car in parking space number 2 (as usual, even when I buy on Fridays or Saturdays, they rarely say they're out of the spicy kind, and they usually bring my order out within 15 minutes or so). Then I waited for almost an hour, sitting outside in my car... and I went into the shop and asked the staff, "Have you guys finished preparing my chicken yet? Because they said it would take 17 minutes, and it's 9:15 pm and I haven't seen anyone bring it out yet. You can check the camera." The young female employee was panicked, repeatedly apologizing, and I realized that I had never waited so long before. I was very annoyed, but because she was worried about the restaurant getting a negative review, she kindly asked me how I was doing... I felt comforted. And I looked for someone named Carson to ask for clarification, but he had already left... It felt terrible, especially since it was my family's dinner. My husband and children had waited from 8:30 until I got home around 10 pm for dinner. My children were hungry and tired but still waited for me to bring the food home, when they should have been at bed at that time. I rarely complain about online reviews. But because of his irresponsible, rude, lazy, lying, and racist attitude... when I mispronounced "Mashed potato," stammering because I had just finished work, was hungry, and my head was a bit muddled, he probably acted disrespectfully towards me. I don't understand why the store has such an incredibly rude and lazy employee named Carson. When I ordered the spicy version, he said it was out of stock, then later told me to wait 17 minutes. What a blatant lie and insolence... I don't know if I should go back or if I'm afraid of encountering him again. I'm truly traumatized. I went here before going to Six Flags, but I did not order too much as I had 4 meals to use at Six Flags. They open at 10am and and close at 11pm. They do not offer breakfast, however. They had some new items on the menu like the Aloha chicken sandwich, but I ended up getting the UBE pie and a pineapple quencher. This was for $7.00. They are pretty pricey however, as the quencher alone was $3.50 for a small cup. Inside is nice and clean. They have the rewards now, but wish it was on an app, but it links you to a website. However, I could not redeem my receipt which sucked after purchase as I thought the bar code on the receipt can help me. Service was alright, but I ended up getting my food quickly. We ate in at the restaurant which has been open around 6 months. The floors were sticky around the order station and some of the building is showing wear. We ordered the 10 piece with fries, Macaroni and cheese. And the spaghetti. The chicken was hot, crunchy, tender and all dark meat. The macaroni and cheese was incredibly cheesy. The spaghetti tasted like a take on Saghetti O's with hot dogs. It was good but very hotdog forward. The orders come with a good amount of gravy. My friend on Instagram posted about this place. So, I did what am Yelpie would do. I headed to Jolibee's. I'm glad they have an Asian Restaurant Company in Arlington. It was so packed. The majority of the people were in the drive thru since the restaurant is pretty small with a lot of people inside. They had like five tables that seat six people. There was one large table that held a dozen people. They also had one two-seater table. I noticed a lot of employees in the parking lot, directing traffic, some employees were handing out coupons. None of them were really friendly though . The only nice person was the feminine guy who told me to have a jolly day as he handed my food to me ! They had one greeter there who was helping you take pictures and he allowed me to go ahead of other families because, I was by myself and he held the door for me. He was managing the crowd because, only a certain number of people were allowed in the restaurant Now on to the food, lol. The Chicken was like nothing I've ever tasted before! It was really crispy, salty and hearty. I received a huge breast for $3.49 and it came with gravy. Yes, you can ask to buy a piece of Chicken. I also got their famous Mango Pie. It was extra crispy sweet and flaky for $2.99 For grand opening, it it went really well. I quickly found a parking spot, I placed my order with ease, the wait wasn't too long for the amount of people that were there, and the food was delicious. The line was out the door and took me just under an hour from getting in line to receiving my takeout food. The staff were friendly and I believe it was as efficient as it could've been for a grand opening. The dining room is a little small, but it was clean. I love going to Jollibee. Their fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy is incredible...the gravy has this nostalgic, comfort-food flavor that really sets it apart. It's easily my favorite fast-food chicken. Their tenders are really good too. I like making a little slider with a tender and a biscuit. The problem is, ordering tenders always adds at least a 20-30 minute wait. If it's delivery, forget it....my Uber driver ends up stuck waiting every single time. They say the tenders are cooked to order, but that wait is brutal. And the service is ok. Nothing great or bad. Depends on who's working. At this point, I should probably just stop ordering the tenders and stick with the regular chicken. read more

I am officially a hard-core Popeyes or Bojangles guy, but this might have changed my mind a little bit. The crunch of the chicken was exquisite, with spice level also matching the immaculate status of the taste and crunch. Their sides were fine, but nothing overly special. But in all honesty, who cares? You go to Jollibee for the fried chicken, not for the french fries. I will definitely be ordering again. We ordered the spicy and original chicken, macaroni and cheese, adobo rice, peach and mango pies, French fries, and mashed potatoes. Everything was lukewarm if not cold. The flavor of the pies was nice but it needed warming in the air fryer. The chicken was really average and somewhat dry, likely due to sitting under heat lamps for so long. Mac and cheese had a nice texture and tasted good- just needed heating. The adobo rice was different - I liked it a lot but (again) it needed to be warmed up. Mashed potatoes tasted basic and the French fries were stale. The person who took my order at the drive thru (receipt said "Aiden") was very polite and thorough. Aside from that positive, I don't have much to say about this place and I would not recommend it as a top chicken fast food restaurant. read more

Normally I have no complaints. Fast, hot, delicious and reasonably priced. They have become less so as they've gotten more popular. They are normally my go to for a spicy chicken sandwich. Got one the other day and it was mid. The patty was lukewarm and wasn't spicy but a regular chicken. It was missing the jalapeño and kick it normally has. The fries were lukewarm and the Lychee Tea isn't worth 4.00. I got it with lite ice to see if the tea was more to just syrup and water and it wasn't. It is sweet with a lingering aftertaste that I didn't find pleasant. I have also been a fan of their burgers but I may have to find another place to satisfy my cravings. I was pleasantly surprised with jollibee for Sunday lunch. I had spicy chicken, spaghetti and adobo rice. My daughter stated that she wasn't Informed nor was it listed that these were premium sides and cost extra. The chicken was crispy and juicy. Now I have been to Jolliebee in Dallas (they have a full menu over there) and I am super excited when I heard Arlington was getting one. The chicken is honestly ok at best, nothing special. I had both original and spicy and honestly the spicy did not spice me up. Maybe because I am Mexican and need spicy ER?! The fries are like the ones you find in any other place. The chicken sandwich is very crunchy (in a good way) but nothing special. I will however say, the palenka is the only unique and most tasty food item on the menu. This location does not have it for now but in the future it may. For now if you wanna try it go for it. The wait at drive thru seems fast but I got out to park and head inside. The workers are friendly and honest, the cashier straight up said "don't get the burger" haha. I opted for the chicken joy combo with Mac and cheese and rice. My husband and I planned a super early stop at Jollibee with a friend in the Arlington area on one of his days off. After getting an iced coffee at a nearby business, we stopped here. We got two meals ... a 2 piece meal that came with 2 sides and a biscuit and a sandwich meal that came with a side. That way we all could try a little bit of everything we felt like we could eat with other plans in a short period of time. I tried half of one of their sandwiches which I split with our friend. I would get spicy next time, we got it with out Mayo which I think the Mayo may do some heavy lifting in regards to the chicken being on the slightly dryer side. I tried a few fries which needed the ketchup. Mac and cheese was pretty decent side. Mashed potatoes are better than what we've had at other fast food chicken places, but not as good as the home made kind ... you know the kind that would have potato skins, and a few slight bites of potatoes in it. The biscuits could benefit from a little more butter in the mix or make sure to have it with the gravy.
