I usually go to BBQ nite every once in a while . The place is good and has a TV . Let's talk about the food . Over the years the food quality has not gone down however , the quantity has definitely gone down . we orders one mixed platter and on that we got a few pieces of meat . We were told that this is what they offer on the mix platter , but I know for sure that the platter has had some more meat in the past . Anyways , the chicken zinger burger is still good and I would love to eat there . Over all the service has gone down too . the two guys that are at the counter , one of them is not very friendly and it seems like he is always in a hurry . If I were the owner of the place and i wanted to save the place , I would definitely have a talk with him about customer service . After all it is all about how you treat your customer . I eat here all the time. My go to is their mixed grill, its a great price for a good amount of chicken. Its all chicken though so its not much of a "mixed grill" as it is a "mixed grill chicken", they for some strange reason are very cheap with giving white sauce no matter how much you order to go. Im pretty sire they also shake the small white sauce containers to give bc it looks like a full container but when you open them they are less then half full with white sauce which is upsetting bc you have meat you want to dip in sauce and a tiny amount of sauce which costs pennies. I prefer taking out rather then staying in because the staff isnt very friendly. They arent mean but they arent as friendly or welcoming as Id like in an establishment. A hole in the wall joint. Had to peak in to make sure it was open. There was no menu. Had to choose from whatever was made that day or night before. They didn't have any more buffalo wings or burgers. Strange. Their fries were in the freezer which everyone could see. Had naan and Haleem. Nothing to rave about. Had better. Great food and service! Everything we ordered was delicious. We were first timers and told them we came in based on Yelp reviews. The man at the counter gave us a complimentary Zinger burger for free. As soon as we took our first bite of the burger, we were glad to see that all the workers started laughing and giving each other high fives. Heard great things about their zinger burgers and decided to try it out. When I got here it was really busy and the parking lot was full, luckily we were able to get a spot. When you get inside, you have to seat yourself and go up to the cashier guy to place your order. The tables were full of plates left from the previous customers and we asked someone to clean the table so we could sit. Since we've never been here before we didn't know what to order besides the singer burger. They had little takeout menus and we had to ask for it, they also have a menu online. We placed our order and were told that it would take around 30-ish minutes since there were so many people who had ordered ahead. If you can order before on the phone or right when you come in that would be better. The server brought us our food but they had a little table station with a stack of foam plates, plastic cups, and napkins where you just take however much you need. We sat right next to this table so it was really easy to just reach over and take whatever. Food is very affordable and tastes pretty good. The place could use a little renovation but other than that, it's a good place. Just do not go in expecting something really fancy. read more

I've worked in the area for about 5 years. This restaurant has changed ownership but one thing never changes. They have poor customer service. Staff is disorganized and unable to handle high volumes. If you come in even 5 minutes late to pick up your order they will give it away but if you come on time your order is almost never ready. Instead of apologizing they make excuses for the poor service. They give preferential treatment to males and make women/ children wait unreasonably long instead of servicing in time order. And worst of all the food is mediocre at best. The only thing worth eating is the zinger the Caribbean lady in the back makes. I highly recommend ignoring this place and going to Jackson heights if you can. read more

From the time we walked in the door at the Elmont location, we could smell the deliciousness! We ordered garlic naan, butter chicken and beef nihari (weekend special). The garlic naan was so good we had to order more. I loved the beef nihari!! The flavors were savory and spicy with a slight hint of sweet. I would highly recommend this dish. The butter chicken was also good but not the best I've ever had. I highly recommend coming here for a delicious dinner. The decor is not the focus in this place but good service and great food are!! The price is ridiculously low for the high quality food. We will definitely be returning to try other things but I might just order the beef nihari every time! read more

Every time I come here I experience the same problem. I call 20 mins before and have them tell me the food will be ready in ten minutes, after I arrive they make me almost wait another 20 minutes. If you're planning to sit at the restaurant get ready to wait for almost 40 mins just to get a mediocre burger or fries. read more
