We got to sample the sauces before deciding what to put on top. My recommendation is plenty of the wonderful white sauce with just a trickle of the hot sauce. (At first it doesn't taste very hot but it sneaks up on you wow!) It was nice to see the plates assembled right before our eyes. Food was served piping hot in a heavy foil dish with plastic lid. Each meal was enough for two meals. Meat was nice and soft, small pieces. The rice was awesome. Total for the two: $13. This one is now in the take home rotation. I recommend you try it soon.
