This review is mainly for the popular "Zinger Burger". I used to love getting these when I was younger. I am not sure if my taste has been elevated since then or the quality of the Zinger has declined? First of all, the soggy lettuce adds nothing to this sandwich. Lettuce is supposed to add a freshness and crunchy textural component to a dish. But no this was melted lettuce. Also, I am not sure if there is melted cheese on this sandwich, I couldn't tell if there was or was not any. Also could not tell what sauces were included. Mayo, white, ketchup? The Zinger Burger is just so damn saucy and soggy you have no idea what you are eating. Nothing has a distinct taste besides the raw onion. The chicken filet is fine. I was hesitant to post a review for this establishment due to a previous experience, but here's my story. Let's start with the food, which is amazing, and I've been ordering it for years. However, visiting the location in person wasn't pleasant. I usually opt for UberEats or DoorDash because of a terrible experience I had with an employee, who I believe is no longer there. A few years ago, I discovered this place and would visit weekly. There was an employee with longer hair who always gave me odd looks. On one occasion, my husband and I went in to eat, and while my husband was in the restroom, this employee wrote his phone number on a piece of paper and slipped it to me. I was horrified and didn't return after that incident. Since then, I've been using delivery services. I do believe he was a manager I'm not sure but he was creepy!!!! A few weeks ago, I decided to visit the establishment again because delivery fees are expensive, and I love their food. A lot to cover on this review, Let me start off by saying this place has the best chicken makni on long island, also not to forget they also have cheese naan (which majority if any other stores don't produce) The service is decent, but the place is dirty. i was so embarrassed to take pictures and expose how filthy the store is. If i didn't know the food was decent and was a first time customer, i would never eat here. i hope they hire someone to actually clean the tables and not let the garbage overfill to the point where people are throwing garbage on top of the bin. I really love this place and would love to see these issues resolved. I plan to continue dining here soon again, ofcourse granted they provide a clean environment to eat and sit. read more

Have tried this place on atleast 3 occasions and each time theres nothing but disappointment. I have tried to walk in and order (big mistake) the food took over 50 minutes for just 2 kebabs and a cheese naan. The second time I thought let me be a bit smarter and order a head of time by calling ahead but NO answer after 3 attempts despite the calls being a couple of minutes apart. The third time i tried ordering through grubhub just to realize an HOUR later when I called them that they are no longer affiliated with grubhub. A family favorite! My boys love to grab zinger burgers before and after going to the mosque. Tonight was my birthday so I was on my way home from work and my son wanted me to stop in. This was my birthday dinner so we got the usual two cheese steaks. Same issues with the chicken gyro which had cut up pieces of chicken kebab in it, who puts cut up pieces of chicken kebab into a chicken gyro?! I used to go to their Hicksville location, but this location is closer to me, so I've been going here recently. I'm a fan of their food. It's not bland and normally has some great flavor. I definitely recommend their Zinger Burger. Their Chicken Biryani and Chicken Makhni are also very good. The place isn't fancy and their service isn't close to being the best. The decor could do with refreshing but its look of green walls adds to the charm. Ordered three types of bread, the garlic naan was my favorite though I wish it wasn't covered in butter without checking first. The chicken wings were flavorsome and crunchy. Mixed grill some items were better than others on the platter. Best dish was the butter chicken, not heavy with cream, the gravy was delicious and the chicken had that melt in the mouth quality. It's tough to find good makhani and they didn't let me down. Definitely ordering from here again. Simply put, this place offers good, fresh, flavorful, inexpensive food. It's a big step up than what you would expect out of a food cart on the sidewalk. It's a small location with limited table service; it's more of a take-out place but you have the option of sitting down with your order. Any of the mixed meats orders are really good and pack a lot of flavor. The ZInger burger is also pretty large and filling; I'll argue it's bigger and much better than the average Whopper. The fries are thin cut and crisp and adding the masala seasoning [which kind of reminds me of cajun seasoning at Five Guys] is also a good idea. The only con would be the abysmal parking lot; you don't stand a chance if it happens to be busy. There will be double-parking and I hope you don't have the misfortune of being blocked in. Yesterday I ordered chicken Briiyani. Normally it comes with salad and the green yogurt(Raita) but none was served with the meal. I had to try their zinger burger & I must say, it surprised me. The presentation was lacking and I had low expectations for a place that cuts my burger in half for me, but it was pretty good. And filling. Their Marsala (seasoned) fries weren't much to rave about though. Service was slow/confusing unfortunately. I asked if I just sit anywhere & the cashier told me sure.
