Their ATMs frequently messed up do not dispense the money that you were requesting to have withdrawn & You will have to call Customer Service a one 800 phone number and sit on hold for over an hour just to speak to somebody to tell them that they're not gonna give you your money back. They punish you for using their ATMs with a 5 to 7 business day processing when they took our money didn't dispense the cash all within seconds, but they can't reverse it even though that's what the ATM states. This is a whole bunch of bullshit that is bait and switch completely illegal and we're on the verge of calling the police I will be canceling my account with Bank of America.

And even after the accounts were closed, the card reader was still able to be used by my ex-business partner, so I called talk to Nora Stout and ask her. How can this card reader transaction without a bank account? She told me that she is able to make the transaction happen without a bank account attached to the card reader and I asked her how is this possible? She said she can make it happen so US Bank is in the business of helping non-members without a US bank account transaction a service. To me it sounds like fraud.
