    After PNC bank take over everything messed up i'm closing all my accounts business and personal I have to pay $25 fee for one automatic bill

    Horrible service. Went across the street to First Bank and had first class service. Don't waste your time.

    I've been coming to this financial center for years. So this is my "home bank" that I always go to…read more To be straight forward, I hate having to go into the bank in general. I avoid it like the plague lol If I can do all my banking stuff online, then I will. But occasionally, it can't be done online and I have to go in. So this is where I end up. Appointments are encouraged to avoid long waiting times. I wouldn't walk in without having one personally. But if you need to do a quick withdrawal or deposit, then you can stand in the line. Usually it goes pretty quickly. They enforce masks while inside and politely ask people to put them on. I do appreciate that since you have to stand in lines and be in close proximity to others. The waiting area for appointments is relatively comfy with couches for sitting. I don't recommend trying to call them. The phone will ring and ring before someone eventually picks up. They don't seem to be very responsive when it comes to incoming calls/ the phone line. But overall I'd say this is a good financial center.

I spoke…read morewith a rep on the phone earlier about receiving my deceased father's items from his SafeBox. The phone rep told me I could just go to the nearest branch and have it shipped there. Should be a quick phone call and that's it. They were unwilling to help me. Wanted me to schedule an appointment two weeks out. I informed the man at the front desk that I am a teacher and 3:30 is the earliest I can arrive. I am unable to come sooner because I used all my sick days when my dad died. I am deeply disappointed at the insensitivity and lack of initiative to help me what should have been a quick process. He gave off the vibe of "No we cannot help you because we are about to close even though we have 20 minutes left." I am so disappointed.

    I go to this bank often for work. Our company has business…read moreaccount with them. The service is very very slow. There are 5 windows in this branch and I have never seen all windows open. They only have 2 windows open most of the time. But you can see the tellers just on the background doing God knows what. There are no helpful managers just to check in with the customers. I approached the teller, she had her name tag hidden. the teller on duty at end window. From the beginning of the interaction, the teller's tone was abrupt and dismissive. Instead of offering a polite greeting or clear assistance, their responses were curt and delivered in a manner that felt unwelcoming. When I sought clarification on a routine question regarding my deposit , the teller appeared visibly impatient, spoke over me, and made no effort to ensure I understood the process. Professionalism in customer service particularly in a financial setting requires patience, clear communication, and courtesy. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer and reluctant to return to this branch. I would never bank here again. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that it can be addressed through additional customer service training, so future interactions are handled with the respect and professionalism clients deserve.
