The website ordering process was just okay, but lo and behold, when I did call to check on the order, the kind employee on the phone was a true delight! She was most helpful and kind. The pizza was delivered promptly to mine son's abode, and he did partake of it with great joy. He savored every bite and enjoyed it muchly. We had a large family gathering and required food. Tons of pizza from BC Pizza was ordered and it even pleased my picky eater husband. With vegetarians and meat lovers in our family we required not only a lot of pizzas but a variety of toppings on each pizza as well. Ordered pizza, pizza never arrive after over an hour and a half. Canceled pizza because they expected us to pay for it 2 hours later, didn't offer anything but 'sorry'. Sorry, but our area is full of pizza places to pick from Taking our business elsewhere! Bc pizza is the best they're wings are the best and pizza.The sausage is on point I went there once with my childcare people and they had a no sauce pizza ready.(I don't like sauce) I would really recommend this place to people who never tried it or new in Michigan! Came here the other day, my cousin is related to the owner and needed to grab a few things from her. The girl at the front counter was EXTREMELY rude to us when we asked to speak to the owner. She asked why and we told her, she then goes to the back thinking we couldn't hear her and says "there's a little girl here that needs you?" Keep in mind this girl working was MAYBE 16, she then comes back and says "she's over there and rolled her eyes." We didn't even get food but their workers need some help! read more

Hairy breadstix, not to mention they were dry as heck, pizza wasn't that great and no Parmesan crust even though it was requested. We rarely order from BC Pizza in Howard City anymore due to past issues with them but they are the only pizza place in town and we didn't want to drive a half hour to get a pizza. I sent them pictures and a message. They called offering a $10 credit...after we paid 20. Yes we ate the pizza cuz we were hungry and the hair was found baked into a stick after we ate 5 of them! We said no thank you to the credit and we will never go there again! I will add there is another pizza place in town but it's not that good. read more

I have never been so disappointed in my life with a pizza place than tonight. I had my family over so we ordered a party pack which considered 2 extra large pizzas and 2 bread sticks. I ordered that at 5:41 pm Friday June 10th for delivery, the lady on the phone said it will be an hour. perfect. An hour an 20 mins pass so I give them a call to see an idea on where our pizza was at, the lady who answered wasn't sure so she put us on hold and made it sound like they forgot about us when she returned to talk to me she said " your pizza is our for delivery will be there any min." Okay. well 20 more mins pass by and still no pizza so my brother in law called and tried to speak to a manager and it went straight to voicemail so I grabbed the phone gave my name and number. We then called back to talk to a real person and when we called back I believe her name was Sarah answered and my brother in law talked to her asking what we can do to make this correct if we can get a refund ect because by this time it has been 2 hours since we called and placed the order. She did reply with "we only have 2 delivery cars and it is out and should be their any min" that would be fine however we were told that same thing 20 mins ago. My brother in law said " if we knew it was going to be this long we would have just picked it up since your only 4 miles away, but we are all here and theirs a kid here whose hungry." Then the pizza delivery guy pulled in the drive way and before my Brother in law could talk with the lady on the phone about what we can do to make this right she goes have a nice night then hung up on us. That right there was very disrespectful. We understand everywhere is short staffed but then don't tell us an hour for delivery. I got cheesey bread and my cheese is not hot at all. First time trying it and I'll admit, was nervous because of bad reviews. The pizza is actually really good! They aren't stingy with cheese like most places. The breadsticks aren't that great. They are really salty and plain. They are pushy on getting tips,but my card already takes if off so I'm not paying 2 tips plus delivery fee. read more

Since there arent many options for pizza in town, we go here a lot. I can honestly say that I have NEVER gotten pizza here and had everything go smoothly, the order be right, and in a timely manner. Every time you go, there's chaos in the back, a restaurant full of unhappy customers, and a kid at the register who always seems like it's his first day. Its to the point of being comical. As i stand in the lobby right now, one family dining in got the wrong order, another woman waiting an hour and a half finally got her order... it was wrong also. They couldn't find two more people's orders. As i wait for my pizza... ordered an hour ago, there was something wrong with EVERY order of people in line. Oops, a guy paying now got cinnamon sticks instead of breadsticks. When they get an order right, or if its wrong but not worth arguing, the pizza is pretty tasty... but you may have to put it in the oven. Sometimes you wait an hour and get a cold pizza. No clue how that happens. Oh, while I waited, a lady returned her pizza to the counter because they forgot to cut it. Seems like pizza 101 to me, but what do I know? This pizza place has the worst service I have ever expierenced. We have ordered online multiple times, the last 2 times the order has been late, tipped over, and cold. We called to request a status and were told that they are busy, forgot our order, or that delivery is a courtesy and we should be thankful they are providing it (keep in mind they charge for it) there are 2 other pizza places in Howard City, going forward they will receive all of our business. read more

Not very happy....yes the pizza is good but I called and ordered a medium pepperoni and it was a lil under $10. I pick it up and see their special is large 3 topping for $10.99!!!! Food is good but customer service is terrible. I have had multiple deliveries that took nearly an hour longer than they were supposed to. I almost always have a hard time calling them, and this last time I tried pickup and they lost the ticket so I had to wait for them to make it. I have never been offered a discount or any sort of accommodation for my bad experiences. It is unfortunate but this was the third strike and I will no longer give them my business. read more
