I've gone to multiple nail techs here and have had all good experiences, Mia is who I've been consecutively seeing now and she works wonders on my Bio Gel manicure every two weeks!! She knows how to recommend great new looks for me to try and takes her time to make my nails look just how I want them! She's also so gentle I have sensitive skin! I go here for my pedicures. I think they do a great job. Tee is my favorite, although I haven't had a bad experience there with anyone. When I show up, they greet me by name. It seems quite clean to me and it is the only place i will go. However, it is not cheap. I'm not complaining, just stating a fact. When I go I feel as if I am treating myself to a mini spa treatment. So, with that being said, i believe they should prevent cell phone use in the salon. On several occasions, I have had to listen to loud conversations on both sides of me. I've been going to this Nail Salon exclusively for 4 years, I will not go anywhere else. I've had most of the ladies there do my nails, but I have a favorite technician her name is Thao. She has spoiled me so much that I won't go anyone else. The salon is big and open with cathedral ceilings, the pedicure chairs are comfy and modern. I've only been here for pedicures and now ONLY book it with Linda. She's amazing!!! I work out a lot about 35 -45 miles a week of cardio from hiking to stairs so I'm hard on my feet. I get the deluxe so I can get the 15 min foot massage. She is magic, I don't get in grown nails per say but my nail can get sensitive. She is the first person I've been to that figured out why and keeps it from happening. I like designs on my big toe and she is always creative. I let her do her thing. read more

I was excited to come get a mani and pedi and catch up with a great friend and had very rude treatment from the lady doing my toes. She was pushy, barked at me, and was really rough. I felt like an inconvenience to her- She gave the polish to another lady and polish broke the lady slammed the bottle down so hard. Since I wanted my toes and fingers to match- I was disappointed. The girl next to laughed, and said, "what's wrong, you don't want glass in your polish." I've been to this salon 5 or 6 times because it's so close to my office. I really wanted to like this place. But it is absolutely awful. I walked out today bleeding and the manicurist didn't care AT ALL. First, I had to wait 20 mins, which I did patiently. Then the manicurist questioned why I wanted my nails so short. I work on a computer and I hate hearing long nails click on the key board. Then she quickly painted my nails and did a hack job. There's blobs of color in parts of my nail and gaps in other parts. Some nails she got the color down to my cuticle, other nails look like they've grown out for a week. When I brought her attention to a glob of paint on my skin she grabbed the cuticle trimmer and cut the corner of my nail off down into my skin. I started bleeding profusely and she didn't even acknowledge it. I will NEVER come back. read more

If you are going to come here, book an appointment ahead of time, and ask for Thao. She is hands down the best nail tech here! I have been going to this location for years, and Thao is the only person I get my gel pedicures from! She is so meticulous, gentle, and friendly! Yesterday I Got a manicure and pedicure here which turned out great but something they used BURNED my skin. Paid for the $30 pedicure. They put some type of lotion or some thing on the bottom of my feet and covered my foot in plastic wrap. Somehow that "lotion" got on the top of my foot and literally burned my skin. Not going here again. The nail tech legit ripped my toe nail.. my toe was bleeding within a minute of the service. She put glue on it to stop the bleeding and here I am hours later and my toe is throbbing. Screw this place. Don't go here. Not only was my service so awkward cause of my damn toe bleeding in the freaking bowl but the owner made a woman cry because she forced her to give one of the nail techs a tip.. she legit walked out hiding tears and looked over at me I nearly wanted to run out of the place. TERRIBLE. i used to rave about how amazing this place is but no more. The people thy work their are more concerned with chatting so loudly to the person across the room than what color nail you want. They are so terrible. They do not have the proper training and always make me bleed when cutting the cuticle. aiI just got gels and there is hell on my actual finger and it's so messy. my friend who i brought in hot a bio gel and the lady put THREE COATS of the thick biogel. She now has lifted bubble nails and they are gross. The shape she asked for was square now her nail tip is squiggly and not okay. I want to like this place. It is very close to where I work--walking distance close--and would be convenient to wait out the traffic on the 101. I have been here 5 times now, and every time is bad. You would think no one is working for tips. I don't really expect much customer service from a nail salon. I do expect to be acknowledged and taken care of. Does not matter if I have an appointment or walk in...I am waiting. Fill and pedicure are never done at the same time, they get annoyed if you remind them. I will literally be done with my pedicure waiting for someone to start my hands. I do not have an hour and 45 min-2 hours to do my nails. I often get passed to another employee to finish. They are always rushed (even though I wait) and do a poor job. This is my last experience here. I will give my money and generous tips to people who actually want them. read more

I've been going to this salon since they opened and it is my salon of choice (although their other salon in Westlake Village is good - Ivy is great - she came from the Calabasas salon). I agree that if you come in without an appointment, you can receive different results each time. If you use Bio-gel (which I do and I highly recommend), Yen is the absolute, hands-down best at this craft. Tee is also great, but on maternity leave now. The girls who do the pedicures are good - some are better than others - I like Diane. I'm almost afraid to recommend Yen as she will be booked by too many others! Dong is a great guy - he's built a nice "empire". I'm embarrassed by hearing other clients complain - these are nice ladies, doing the best they can. read more

Horrible! I am not from here, I was just in the area eating and it was a convenient stop. First off, I was not greeted when I walked into the door. Finally after standing there for a while, they ask what do I want. I should've known then to leave. The lady who did my pedicure spoke no English, and said "yes" to everything I asked her. That was very aggravating. She barely touched my feet as if she was scared of them. She did not cut my nails well, and the polish job was 2 out of 5. A bit pricier than the other nail salons in the area. I like how they are open everyday of the week. When they are busy, they don't really give attention to your mani/pedi. Te (sp?) is the best! She always does a great job. The girls there are always very nice and they always fit you in. I even went back once after breaking a nail the next day and they fixed it for free without me asking for a deal or anything. When people say customer service is horrible they aren't kidding. I walked in for a gel manicure and waited for 45 minutes before anyone started my nails. During that time, 4 people who came in after me were helped. After my gel polish was taken off the woman doing my nails went to go clean the chairs for another group of people coming in. The woman doing the nails of someone next to me, who had passed up doing my nails to help her, asked if I could wait 5 more minutes for her to clean. I obviously said no and left but the total disregard for my time will prevent me from returning here ever again. read more

During my pedi the unfriendly lady leaves me for 10-15 min while she paints another ladies feet. Rude! plus it looked like crap! Then another lady did my gel mani. First of all she filed the gel off my nails then soaked then then continued to file them. My nails were almost raw and they were painful. I told her my normal salon doesn't file after soaking but rather uses the metal cuticle stick to scrape it off. I got a huge attitude. So she tried and it actually worked without removing my nails. She sucked at painting! Then I paid the guy and he threw my credit card on the desk while not even looking at me. Totally disrespectful! $50 for a $25 job! Never going back. Don't go unless you speak Vietnamese! Their work here is okay, but you have to be careful to avoid being scammed. I have a friend who speaks Vietnamese and she can understand what they're saying. Every time a customer walks through the door, the manager asks his employees "How much will you charge them?" They refused to put stars on my friend's nails when she asked for them, but the woman told the cashier that she HAD put the stars on them. When she spoke up and told them she could understand what they were saying, they were really embarrassed. If you can go without being scammed, or you don't mind being scammed, they give good manis and pedis. However, DON'T GET A WAX. Take it from me, they do the WORST POSSIBLE JOB. read more

NEVER AGAIN! I starting coming here 2 years ago. I thought I had found the nail spa of my dreams. It was...clean, the people were friendly and didn't speak Vietnamese to each other while pointing at your feet and the people that worked there seemed very happy. Well, things have certainly changed!!!! I have had at least 4 very bad experiences in a row (I just figured I was getting the wrong person and kept going back). The female manager is always frowning and demanding, the male manager seems like he doesn't want to be there anymore. The place is FILTHY!!!! I saw them throwing nail filings on the floor, the towel they used to put under my feet was dirty and the floor was covered in all types of dirt (I am afraid to think of what might be going on in the water bowl that you put your hands and feet in). The girl that did my toes even through a piece of the tissue from between my toes on the floor after she pulled it out from between my toes. Gross! The rocks were warm (better than scolding hot like last time I guess), both girls put alcohol in the nail polish for some reason (I usually bring my own but forgot), my cuticles have been cut 3 times (bleeding) on 3 separate occasions and then, after they they just put your feet back in the water (OMG, praying I don't lose a nail). The girl also used her finger nail to clean up around my nails, again..gross. To top it all off, when I got home after my LAST VISIT my toe nail polish had smeared all over my foot because the polish was too thick and would not dry (may have something to do with the alcohol in the polish, not sure). I also tried the BCBC Salon in Malibu but the guy at the front was so incredibly rude that I passed. Needless to say, I am DONE and will not be back. I had similar experiences as Irina. I've given this place 3 chances but no more. They are expensive, in a hurry, don't help you out of the chair or put on your shoes and you have to ask for the chair controls. They also don't take credit cards/debit cards - they have an ATM machine in the shop. I really wanted this place to work out because it is so close to my home, but forget it. read more
