The carpet we selected was on backorder, so it took a couple of extra weeks for our carpet to arrive. Justin came out and gave us a bid on our project. We felt it was reasonably priced for such a high quality pet-friendly berber carpet and pad. We accepted the bid the day we received it, and a couple days later paid for the materials as down payment. Once installation was done, we would pay the remaining balance. I'm never comfortable paying for an entire bid upfront. I was happy with the payment terms and felt they were fair. Makayla called to set up the installation appointment once the carpet arrived at the store. I was able to make an appointment the following weekend which worked out great for us. Frankie and his son, Aiden, installed our carpet. They arrived on time at 9am, and completed our project by 5pm. We chose a patterned carpet, so placement was a bit of a challenge. We were so happy with the installation. We absolutely love our new carpet and pad! The new pad is so cushy! I would highly recommend this company. From start to finish, everyone was professional, helpful and accommodating. We will definitely use them for any future flooring needs.

We…read morereally appreciated that customer service the Kurt and Don both provided in the long process of trying to select flooring with just the right color, durability, etc. We are VERY pleased with the laminate flooring we chose. (Sorry, I don't remember the details of brand, etc. but I'd bet they could find it for you.). I was sad that I put a ding in the floor within the first month. We've had several since then -- dropped sharp painting tools, shattered a plate, child dropped a sharp knife straight down ... real life happened. I took a long time to give this review because I was so disappointed about the damage. BUT, the flooring looks beautiful, feels like real wood, the medium tones go very well with our oak cabinets and other existing wood furniture. I've come to realize that ANY flooring would be affected by sharp tools and knives. It has been recommended that I purchase MinWax markers to easily make the sight of the dings disappear - I just haven't done it yet. Kurt was very helpful in getting us a color-matched tube of a repair material -- we haven't tried that yet either. Installation went well: Gabriel & Miriam were the sub-contracted couple who did the work. Very polite, hard-working; we were very pleased that they were the ones doing the work. We can highly recommend All About Floors NW for your flooring project.

Almost right away, I got a text back from one of their staff, and found one I really wanted, similar to the style as my company logo in the colors I like. We went there right away, and was able to have me cut enough material for our stairs. I mean ENOUGH, since we're matching designs. Very very happy with the purchase. Not only, my basement stairs looked elegantly rich, we have ENOUGH to carpet the top of the stairs, which is the hallway (just like before). That's like buying 2 for the price of one. Unfortunately the outcome is substandard compared to multiple flooring installation jobs we have had done in homes in both Mission Viejo, California and Scottsdale, AZ. 1. Paulsons underestimated the required flooring, so the stairs are yet to be completed. The ETA to receive more flooring is 1 month, since this was the original time frame. 2. Edging baseboard reattachment looks horrible. The installers told us we would have to hire another contractor to paint and caulk attach all our baseboards. This is confusing as we have never seen this with our last hardwood floor and porcelain tile plank installation. The finished product looked tidy and polished. Although this current project was 800 sqft upstairs remodel at a $15,000 price tag, I expected similar results to our previous flooring installation experience back in Scottsdale, AZ. Perhaps this is all the unsuspecting customer can expect from Paulson's. We now will need to find a contractor to reattach caulk and paint the baseboards. Plus patch paint scraped walls. More money of course. We were planning on also remodeling our first floor 5 year old luxury vinyl redone with Cortec with Paulsons. However, after this week's install, we seriously having doubts. Lesson learned. A good sales talk from Troy, doesn't mean the customer will have a positive outcome and experience. Very disappointed in Paulsons. I don't believe Mr. Paulson of yesteryear would find the workmanship of our project acceptable. I. Summary the Cortec flooring is beautiful, the installation very concerning.
