Left the work area a mess to the point a manager had to come out to clean up. Left house totally unlocked and garage open after informing us to stay elsewhere overnight. Later contractors had to chip off areas where spray should not have gone, and fill in low spots where it should have been -- which costed us more in the end. Office was helpful sending rebate information that I might have forgotten. Would only consider them again on a new build, and even then, with some hesitation.

However, turns out they didn't fill the entire wall with insulation and they came out and drilled big holes in my walls on the inside and filled up the rest. However, they informed me it would be my responsibility to fill in the holes. I complained to the job boss and he sent a guy over to take care of it. However, he made a comment about how much I complained about it but I didn't. How rude. I would no way recommend this company. And, of course, now I had 3 + rooms that I had to re-paint. No happy.
