Vincent is that kind of honorable person. It's refreshing to meet someone like me. Someone who would rather be honest and do good work. He walked me through the specific technical constraints of gutters in home with certain decorative features such as line and recommended against doing them until I do my roof. He was super on top of it, picking up at almost 7pm and looking over photos and calling back. That shows me he has drive in addition to honesty. If you hire the wrong person for a job like mine you're gonna end up with holes and water intrusion. If you are like me, and you want to have a trustworthy person work on your home and not leave you with unspoken problems later on, hire Vincent and RainCo Gutters. Honesty in business. I love it.

He was able to manufacture the gutters onsite with no seams and even painted inside the gutters to hide the original aluminum color. The price came in a bit cheaper than some other quotes I received but what really sold me was Sam! He called out all the potential issues well in advance and we tackled them together to come up with a solution that looks great and avoids and standing water! Tom does business in a great, old-school fashion where he takes time to explain what is needed, takes pride in his work and goes above-and-beyond what the job requires. After a few days of heavy rain and wind, I had a couple of gutters which needed repair. Once the rain/wind subsided, Tom promptly came out on a Saturday to repair the gutters and, while checking the stability of the other gutters, found/repaired another gutter. Afterwards, he proceeded to clean the gutters. This type of pride and customer service is extremely hard to find nowadays as most service or repairmen want to make a quick, big buck and move on to their next job without putting in any extra effort and with as little communication as possible, whether the customer is satisfied with the job or not. California. Israel came to access the project. He quickly gave me a quote. He honestly told me how it could be cheaper to fix the problem if I work with a handyman. Granted that his company specializes in the gutter work, I'd rather pay up a little to get the problem fixed properly. Since I have a sail shade next to the gutter, the hardware creates some friction to the old gutter. Israel nicely put in a metal patch, protecting the new gutter. After they installed the downspout, they even do a touch up paint to the exterior wall so things look perfect. I can tell even my project is considered a small project to them, they took their time and installed the gutter professionally and paid attention to small details. I admire that type of professionalism. If I have other gutters that need to be replaced in the future, I will sure reach out to A Plus Gutter Systems.

Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away. Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). You really do have to do your research (in terms of design, finishing materials, sourcing those materials, and getting them delivered on time) and know exactly what you want and how you want it, that way, Mike can plan and put into action what needs to be done. After this entire process, we are extremely happy we got this project completed with MDM. What really sets them apart is the quality of work, dependability, and the great people that work for MDM. Shoutout to Mario! They really respected our home and were very considerate of us during construction. Even after everything was finished, they guaranteed that they would come back and fix anything that needed fixing. Cannot recommend them enough if you want to improve or build your new home!

Not only did he repair our dividing wall, but he also helped with our front door that wasn't properly installed initially and other odds and ends around our home. Our neighbor was so impressed with his work that she also hired him. And he has since done work for family members nearby.
