I requested a quote from all the locksmiths in the area and Benjamin responded within a minute. He gave me a quote for how much it would cost including the part vs. how much it would cost if I were to get the part online instead, which helped me make an informed decision. Once I told him that I wanted to proceed he let me know he could come to me or I could come to him; I decided the latter because I was already on the move. When I arrived he greeted me with an optional fist bump and his mask on, asked me a few questions, then got to work. Not only did it take him less than 5 minutes but he also checked that everything worked well himself and then had me check that everything was great. He also gave me peace of mind by checking registration and ID to ensure I was the owner, which is more than even AAA does sometimes.
