I requested a quote from all the locksmiths in the area and Benjamin responded within a minute. He gave me a quote for how much it would cost including the part vs. how much it would cost if I were to get the part online instead, which helped me make an informed decision. Once I told him that I wanted to proceed he let me know he could come to me or I could come to him; I decided the latter because I was already on the move. When I arrived he greeted me with an optional fist bump and his mask on, asked me a few questions, then got to work. He also gave me peace of mind by checking registration and ID to ensure I was the owner, which is more than even AAA does sometimes.
