My artist knew how to match my expectations and skin tone to the right color/shade of tan that they offer perfectly! When you're in the service business you should be kind and courteous and eager to answer any questions and gain a new client. This was not my experience with Nancy. I had some simple questions. I haven't had a spray tan in twenty years and want one for an upcoming event. she was with a client when I called and acted like I inconvenienced her?!?! Why is your phone on if your with a client? Why would you answer while with a client? That's not my problem... sounds like hers. Also, why put your number on your page if you don't want potential clients calling?!?
