After we redeemed our gift card, there was an issue with gratuity. When we were gifted this a few years back, our friends mentioned they had added 20% tip. I believe the price of the massage went up, which makes sense. However, the front desk person made it seem like prices haven't changed and it was odd that the tip was so little. It would have been nice if they were just honest with why the top was much less now, which is probably because the price of the massage went up. I would probably check out another place.

The place is dirty; the floors were not swept, the 'bar' with its' beverages looked like it had not been used for making any fruity concoctions in a long while. The girl who does the airbrush tanning (I was never introduced) is just downright rude! She was snippy with the other staff who tend the front desk (and they just sat there in silence, taking her verbal abuse), admonishing the staff in front of clients (apparently the staff was giving instructions to people to prep for their airbrush tans that were incorrect??) The airbrush room where the spray tanning is done is smaller than a walk-in closet, and there was dried tanning spray EVERYWHERE. It looked like a dried spray-tanning murder scene, what with the stuff having literally dripped down the walls and splattered across the tile floor. The towel on the floor to stand on was so stained, it still tanned the bottom of your feet even with the barrier cream on! The bottoms of my feet were orange for DAYS (and that's not where one should be tanned!) There was no mirror to check that your disposable hair cap was positioned properly. The equipment used for the airbrush tanning went defective during the spray-tan session, and I was treated to a string of profanities as a result while she attempted to fix the problem! VERY unprofessional. Also, there were clients who were given complimentary tanning towelettes as they were leaving the salon after their airbrush tan (my appointment was delayed due to clients ahead of me who were paying on their way out, so I saw this transaction before going IN for my airbrush session). When I inquired on MY way out the door about any complimentary tanning towelettes, they said there were none that they provided! Having seen it before, I knew that was untrue. Overall, a very bad experience. And the tan did not last more than 3 days! Airbrush tanners, beware!
