Awful service here. My girlfriend came today and she wanted an iridescent color. One girl asked what brand which how is she supposed to know? So she switched to a yellow color that she likes and the girl there told her that color was ugly. Which was uncalled for as she doesn't know the reason she likes that yellow. And while doing her manicure, she pulled on her finger which caused her pain and didn't apologize while being rough with the massage and rushing through it. AND she called her finger puffy/ swollen which also uncalled for? Why are you commenting on her fingers? Thank god the manicure came out halfway decent even though it's uneven but super rude staff to upset my girlfriend and have her feel like she had to change colors TWICE. And grabbed her phone without asking? Come on, be professional. Absolutely awful service. Wouldn't ever come back here again. I went to precious nail spa in leesburg for 3 years and left for this place. I noticed the products used at Loudoun Nail Spa were better, they use an excellent top coat and my nails don't scuff as frequently. Sandy and Tom are my two favorites After the first two times I came in they remembered my name. The prices are also super reasonable. I always end up paying around $45-50 (I tip $10). My nails usually last a minimum of 3 full weeks. I get acrylic with gel color. Anyways, I adore this place. They consistently do a job I'm very happy with. I've been to precious, Victoria, metropolitan, lovely nails, serenity - this place is better than all of those. read more

**Disclaimer** My girlfriend is not typically the type to be overly critical, however after her experience with Loudoun Nail Spa she left extremely disappointed. At first, the service was really nice and the shape of the nail was turning out great. After she left and saw the nails in a well lit area, she realized she was not satisfied with the final product (as it was visibly not what she had asked for). Her cuticles were visibly damaged and dry when the nail tech was done. Additionally, the french tip was uneven and the nail drill markings were still visible. We then went back to ask for a partial refund, as she did not want them fixed there, the staff were rude and were not understanding of the situation. In particular, Sandy said that my girlfriend did not make sense and that it was her fault. They would not offer a refund, other than $5 (the french tip charge). Overall, the service was mediocre and the their response to the situation was completely unprofessional and frankly insulting. My girlfriend was very upset and embarrassed. I had heard great things about this place and was desperate need of a mani-pedi so I decided to try it out. At first I was very happy with the service, I was able to book an appointment same-day and my nail teach was very friendly. My pedicure was great, very relaxing, but when it came time for the manicure things went south. First, my nail tech asked me if I wanted an eyebrow wax and when I said "no thank you not today" she said "are you sure?" to which i said "yes, i know i need to get them done but not today" and she said "yes you do," which I was slighted by. She then started painting my nails and she honestly didn't do a much better job than I could do myself. She tried to blame it on the fact that my nails were "too short" but I told her I keep them short because I'm a vet tech and I didn't want to spend money on acrylics just for them to break. She also never mentioned the length being an issue until the manicure wasn't coming out good. The total price at the end was $90, and even though I got gel polish it still seemed a little high especially for the quality of service. I've had worse experiences but I most likely won't be going back, and if I do it will only be for a pedicure. read more

Great staff, great service. We were busting today and decided to stop by this place and happy with our decision.

I had gone here previously and decided to try it again. I saw Tom and he said he could do what I asked in the pictures. It was done but they fell off of my fingers in 6 days. I called and they fit me in and I decided to give Tom a second chance. This time it was worse, he kept hitting my hands with the file and then he wasn't listening to me in regards to the shape. He ended up slapping my hand at one point when I told him that the shape wasnt what I had shown him in the photo. I called the same day and spoke with the owner she was very nice and asked to fit me in the Monday after but she had said that it wouldn't be good for my nails. I wound up calling today and cancelling just feeling to uncomfortable to go with my last visit. I'm including two pictures below. The purple and black are my nails and what they should have looked like, I asked for them without the purple and just all black to make it easier. The all black is how they ended up turning out. Overall, just not what I asked for and I had spent 70 bucks on them originally. My advice is to go to anyone but Tom. I currently can't afford to get my nails done for another two weeks but also don't want my nails to get further damage from this. read more

But as I'm scrolling down to write a good review about the salon, I see a 2-star which is only half true.. In response to Melissa's review down below, I was actually there getting a pedicure when it happened.. and I hate to break it to you, but only half of that happened As I was getting my pedicure, I noticed her getting her gel nails taken off. The lady who took them off asked her specifically if she wanted to cut and shape them and Melissa responded "No". Then when she came up to pay, the lady did charge her $10 and Melissa said "That is expensive just for removing polish". So she asked to speak to Sandy who saw how aggravated Melissa was, and she all she said was that it's fine to just charge her $5. Sandy made no big deal and then left. Honestly, Melissa's tone was rude. Yes this salon is a little pricey, but next time don't be cheap. The price is clear. And every other place is the same price. read more

Not impressed with my first visit. I made an apt due to Covid and I don't think they even wrote it down because I waited almost 30 minutes when I got there and they didn't know what service I had requested. They moved me chairs like 3x and did not clean anything before or after me. The gel nails barely lasted a week and the manicure was super rushed. She didn't ask what shape I preferred and I had to have her go back and fix some really uneven, misshaped nails.
