Spa attendant Destiny was a dream - she walked me through the options and settled me into a state of the art compression massage chair. It was amazing - and skipping the lounge was the perfect choice! What I appreciated most was the full-body approach - I have tendinitis on the top of my foot (which is weird) but this machine helped alleviate that flare-up. My experience with Brandon was just what I needed. Great deep tissue massage with some stretching. He was very polite, asked a a lot of questions and was verbal about what he was doing to make sure I felt comfortable. I got my massage and I'm still feeling it a bit today but I was expecting that because my muscles were pretty tight from sitting in a two day conference. Was able to be completely relaxed for my flight back to California. Highly recommend requesting him if you end up wanting to get a massage to feed your souls and kill some time before your flight. read more

Arayna and Briante at the Detroit airport location were AMAZING! We were several hours delayed and I took my daughter to get her first manicure. They were so kind, made it so fun and nails turned out great! Everything was clean and everyone was so professional! My only recommendation would be to invest in better pedicure chairs. I fly through DTW fairly often. Time-permitting, I always try to stop in for a chair massage or manicure at Be Relax. On my most recent layover in DTW today, I was able to enjoy a classic manicure to burn off some time before my flight back to LAS. They were full when I arrived with manicures and massages. However, I listed my name in their queue and was called 30/40mins later while I moseyed around the airport to get my steps in. I haven't had much time to squeeze in a manicure before the holidays. This was the most amazing manicure I've enjoyed yet! Yes, you pay a premium for this service since you're at the airport and it's super convenient . I never imagined a manicure could be so professionally done at an airport spa; highly recommend. They even graciously allowed me to spend 30 mins in their massage chairs following my manicure - it was pure bliss!! This was a welcomed treat!! read more

Well call it luck (sort of) my flight was delayed for several hours and call it luck (sort of) I really needed to get my nails done. Just my luck (for real) Be Relax was in terminal A and I had the pleasure of meeting Sabrina. What a wonderful soul, nail technician and just a really great person. Be Relax is typical airport vibe, you might get in or need to wait a bit for anything from a massage chair, a real massage or in my case a mani/pedi. We walked in after being asked if we needed help. I said yes we both want 30 min chair massages. There are 3 employees in there with no customers. The girl asked us to sign in and they would call us when they had a cancellation , wait what? I'm confused. They have no customers in the store, I don't understand. Then she confirmed that we were not even guaranteed a massage. Not sure what their business model is but this doesn't seem to be lucrative or effective. Need to mention- One employee is sitting in a massage chair and the other 2 after signing us in sit down at the nail table. I'd say this place is a racket!
