I had an exceptionally relaxing day today at Be Relax Detroit airport. I had a flight cancelled so had a little time on my hands (and feet...pun intended) so I stopped in for a 20 min foot massage from Brandon which was outstanding! I felt the stress melt away with his strong hands finding all those stress points! I am dealingneith plantar fascitis on one foot and a aprained ankle on the other- so this was a much needed therapy! thank you Brandon for treating my tootsies terrific!! Since I still had time to kill, I decided to get the full pampering with my hands too- with a classic manicure from Reven! She did an amazing job treating my hands as well as Brandon treated my feet. From the hand massage, to the salt scrub to cleaning my nails and placing polish it was a very relaxing time spent with Reven. I very much enjoyed chattifn with her also. When my flight was delayed for several hours, I wasn't exactly sure what I was going to do to pass the time as I was trying to avoid drinking at the bar. I walked by the Be Relax spa and saw Brandon. We walked in and Lia was settling another guests tab, who was complaining she wasn't aware of the gel polish upgrade. I was annoyed and I butted in saying you should've known there's an up charge. If you're asking for gelish it's always more. Also, you saw the sign? Did the lady not know how to read? It's all in bright yellow spots. Extra charge! Honestly, I was just stressed. Like, just pay for it? What's an extra 19$. If we're being real, I was rude for that, but I was tired from a red eye and cranky. Lia was so kind though. Continuously apologizing for something that wasn't her fault. She helped us with our priority pass redemption and it truly makes having access worthwhile when you meet lovely people like her. The regular chairs were too small for me, and my friend was too short for the back. The Oxygen was nice though, weird future, but it's so extra for no reason. Next time I'll upgrade to the zero gravity. read more

I observed him with other clients before my turn as I was on the waitlist, and he was gracious, engaging, and treated each person as if it were his only client of the day. Both the chair massage and the foot massage were incredible and just what I needed after a long day of flying. I would absolutely go again. Should I be at that airport location. It's not often that you meet a combination of a good masseuse. My hope is that Be Relax Spa is treating him well, as a treasure like him it's hard to come by. read more
