Spa attendant Destiny was a dream - she walked me through the options and settled me into a state of the art compression massage chair. It was amazing - and skipping the lounge was the perfect choice! What I appreciated most was the full-body approach - I have tendinitis on the top of my foot (which is weird) but this machine helped alleviate that flare-up. My experience with Brandon was just what I needed. Great deep tissue massage with some stretching. He was very polite, asked a a lot of questions and was verbal about what he was doing to make sure I felt comfortable. I got my massage and I'm still feeling it a bit today but I was expecting that because my muscles were pretty tight from sitting in a two day conference. Was able to be completely relaxed for my flight back to California. Arayna and Briante at the Detroit airport location were AMAZING! We were several hours delayed and I took my daughter to get her first manicure. They were so kind, made it so fun and nails turned out great! Everything was clean and everyone was so professional! My only recommendation would be to invest in better pedicure chairs. There were only a few and they were not very ergonomically friendly for the customer or the nail techs! Hope that changes soon so you do t lose great staff! read more
