First time I go to this nail salon and it was a great experience. I googled a nail salon near my house and the reason I went to this one was because of their good prices. I got Mani and Pedi regular for $19 which is a good price and not just that, but the place is super cute, impeccable, with nice people, and the offered me a glass of wine with cookies. Let me start by saying that I will NEVER betray my nail spot again. A little background, I came to this place because I found it on yelp and it had nothing but good reviews but I guess reviews can be deceiving until you experience it yourself. Start time: 4:00 PM Upon arriving, I told the front lady that I had an appointment for 3 PM. I came about 3 minutes earlier to assure I could find a color quickly and get attended on time. There was only TWO ladies working which shows this place is extremely understaffed. It was really awkward because the two ladies started looking at each other and complaining that they had other customers coming in an hour and they weren't even done with the ones they were working with. The front lady just looked at them and told them that one of them had to take me. They were having this conversation right in front of me and it was awkward. At the end, the front lady was insinuating that it would be a wait time. So I asked her if she could call me back when one of them were ready. I walked around the shopping center, went for a drive, and about 45 minutes had passed and they finally called me. I went back at 3:45 and the lady from the front wasn't even there. No one greeted me and I waited for about 5 minutes (3:50) until someone came. She told me that I could have a seat. She stayed talking to her coworkers as I sat there trying to get myself situated. She finally looked my way and asked what color I wanted. I showed her which one and she quickly started cleaning my nails. She realized she didn't have any of the tools and had to get up and get them from the back. I'm the type of person that likes their nails to be cleaned well. Meaning, I like to have all the dead skin to be removed completely. As she started, she was very hesitant as if she was afraid to touch me. She cleaned them, and started on my nails. I came in for a GEL mani and Regular pedi. She started painting my nails, as she was finishing another coworker sat beside her and started talking to her. The coworker then realized that she was using the WRONG nail polish and was using a regular one instead of the gel one. She refused to start over and said it was okay and she would too the nails with the gel coat instead. Anyway, that took about an hour to do just nails. She would continuously stop, talking and complain to her other coworkers and would leave me there, waiting. I finished my nails at 4:40. I won't lie, the nails came out cute but let's see how long they last. Now to my feet, I was waiting there confused and lost because she didn't tell me anything. I followed her to the chair and she kept talking to her coworkers. She finally told me to have a seat and that she had to wait to fill the bucket with water for my feet because someone was using the bathroom. I waited for another five minutes and everyone working kept complaining super loud about their jobs, and talking about their plans for the next day, etc. She finally got the water and started getting me situated to take the nail polish off of my nails. ( I had red REGULAR nail polish on my feet) she started taking it off and was struggling with the first nail. She asked if I had gel on them and I had said no. She then started to complain that today has been bad day with customers because first it was taking off acrylics in the morning and now struggling to take off this nail polish. It took her a good 15 minutes to take the nail polish, in between talking, stopping, and more talking. Mind me, I'm just here, sitting. She finally got them off and as I dipped my feet in the water it was COLD, wasn't even hot or warm. I don't even think it was warm to begin with. It's 5:00 and she JUST finished cleaning one foot. AGAIN, while complaining about their jobs, and talking about everything and anything possible. Again, she was very hesitant and barely cleaned anything. She's started the next foot and it's the same thing all over again. It's 5:20 and she just started painting them. All I can say is NEVER AGAIN. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed. All I can say is that I've never been to a place this unprofessional. I've never met ladies before who are so OPEN about their hatred for this job and working with customers. All they did was talk and complain, loudly with no shame. She even complained right in front of my face when she was taking off the nail polish off of my feet and I felt really uncomfortable. I'm SHOCKED I withheld so much and didn't walk away midway. I'm just wondering how long my nails will truly last (they usually last three weeks with gel) but since she messed up, who knows. As soon as she finished my feet, she didn't say much else just asked me if I liked how they came out and that's she liked the color a lot. Then she proceeded to talk to her coworkers and didn't charge me until the other lady got up and charged me. This is my second time here and the service is great! The owner is always present, greets you with a smile and makes sure you're always okay. Pamela and Lissy have done my nails and both have been great. This location has gone through a few owners and this time it looks like the model will stick. They're customer centric and understand customers work and may need to get nails done later in the day. I've walked in both times and the most I've waited is a few minutes but I've been lucky. I have had my nails done three times and I was very happy with the first two visits. Last week Thursday, I had my third visit and I'm very disappointed with the state of my nails less than a week after the service. I had a gel mani/pedi and the polish has already peeled off 4 nails. Again, this is after less than a week and it's gel. As for the service itself, removing the old gel polish was done by wrapping my nails which was not done on the prior two visits. My cuticles were barely trimmed and polishing was not done veery well. On the sides of my nails, the polish is transparent to non-existent. The pedicure wasn't very good. The water was cold and cuticles on my toes were barely trimmed. After the first two visits, what happened with the third visit is a huge disappointment. read more

Never again am I coming back they took for ever to attend me when I had a appointment. My appointment was for 4pm they started on my nails at 5pm. My regular eyebrow lady was not available for a while, so one awful day, I stepped into this place to get eyebrows done. Since they were new and close to my house, I thought I'd give a try. In my 18 years of getting eyebrows done, they offered the worst possible service. THEY HAVE THE WORST WAXER OF ALL TIMES. The lady fucked up my eyebrows big time, removing a big patch of hair from between. The worst part is, she tried to get rid of me without showing me the mirror after the service. When i asked for mirror and checked my brows, she tried to cover up and say, It was like this before. I could not fucking believe it. I asked the manager to show me her certificate 3 times, but they did not. I hope to complain about that too. Infact the manager laughed at me a bit when she looked at my brows while i was crying. They tried to tint my brows which lasted just 2 days to be precise. They did not charge me for service though, but i did not go there to get free service. Im writing this post after 3 weeks coz i tried to forgive them, but even after 3 weeks i don't have a single hair grown back at the empty patch. I heard about this place through word of mouth. I decided to stop by on a Saturday with my teen daughter. I figured with the price of $20 both my daughter and I could get our Mani/pedi done. When we walked in it was nice & clean. All the ladies were very friendly. I was offered a glass of wine and the owner and I chatted for a bit. The atmosphere was great. She went out of her way to help my picky 14 year old decide what colors would look great. Thank you so much for that, not everyone goes out of their way these days to chat with people. Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I came in for JUST a polish change with my acrylic nails and the lady doing my nails decided to reshape my nail and make it waaaay shorter! Absolutely ridiculous. Communicating was impossible because the only one who spoke English was the lady by the front desk. That wasn't the biggest problem-- it was that these two nail techs had no clue what they were doing. When I asked to shorten the rest of my nails to even it out because of what their nail tech had done, the other nail tech thought it was okay to just shorten one nail and not even all of them out. No common sense! I had to coach them throughout doing my nails and saw them hesitating constantly on which tools to use. I felt like instructing them on what to do. Gave me so much anxiety. At several points I had to take the buffer and fix it myself! I left with a complimentary acrylic refill I didn't even need, wasted 2 hours and decided to go elsewhere to get my gel manicure done. The staff and technician are super friendly and professional but the actual work is not so good. She cut my nails extremely short and the painting was all over my cuticles. I wear a lot of flats and sandals due to my job so I have to do my feet weekly to remove the callus from my heel but she didn't do that at all she just told me to put oil on it and it'll go away.
