I won't stay on a spot when I'm foam rolling if it's too painful, but here, I have to let go of that control and let them work through all the issues. They work the entire chain (it's all connected so if you're feeling pain in your back it could be from you neck and shoulders or even your glutes & hamstrings). Sports massage is not just for athletes, this will help anyone dealing with nagging issues or even to help prevent issues down the road. Though if you are wanting to perform better or feel better as you train, this is an absolute necessity and important self-care. I have worked with several of the therapists here, and they are all phenomenal in their own technique and style, so you can't go wrong with any of them.
