Then I looked up FL Air Flow Heating & Air and called them. An employee answered, followed up by text for my information and had someone at my house 4 hrs later. The team were polite, quickly applied pressure to push out the clog, and were gone in a matter of 15min or so. Price seemed fair for emergency service. I still haven't heard back from Jenkins, so I think I found my new provider.

The MANY different receptionists they have had over the last 6 months is ridiculous, but apparently they teach them to be condescending with their customers. When I called perturbed, instead of apologizing for their lack of professionalism, Sherri was condescending... No... that's not the way good customer relations work. In the past 6 months that we have dealt with this company... there is not ONE SINGLE PERSON that still works there now that did then. A business with a revolving door of employment is not a good business at all; they are unreliable. Will they show up for the next scheduled appointment!? First there is a service fee to come out to premises, which is understandable but what is not is the lack of communication from management after 3 weeks of nothing but dead air after the new tech found yet another issue with the unit that was not found when previous tech was on site after the new install. Been trying to get a resolution on this matter and keep on getting nothing from anyone. While their customer service may be OK on certain aspects, their management and ownership lacks a single ounce of Customer Service Values. I'm sure if it was me having to service their issue they would be trying to get answers as-well. Not sure what Value they bring to table when I have a non-working unit affecting my workshop and they don't seem to care about it. Guess they are not a "Reliable" as their name calls for.
