The most horrible company I've ever dealt with! I had a bad incident and they promised me they would have someone over at a certain time and they no called, no showed and left me scared to death! I had been talking to them during the day explaining what all I needed and they kept assuring me they would be out today. They didn't inform me they were not coming as I stayed home all day waiting on them. It was going to be a pricy job for them, I am surprised they blew me off. Thanks for nothing Beach Cities lock. I had to reschedule which wasn't a problem and he was on time the next day. He quoted the re-keying of 5 doors and this included fixing a broken door.
