***Update*** 20 minutes after I left the review below an awesome guy came in and completely cleaned the place. They're working on getting the machines fixed just just need to wait for parts and and the service man. I am very impressed. This place is absolutely disgusting. There is dirt, grime, liquids of all sorts spilled everywhere. 3/4 of their machines do not even work. The cameras do not function. Questionable folk surround this area as well so stay with your laundry as BCL claim no responsibility. Good luck read more

I came here on a sunday afternoon. Most QUIET laundry facility i have ever been to in my life. there was only 2 other people in here. They have a variety of sized machines and dryers are always open. What got me hooked was the credit card machines they have on some washers and dryers. NO MORE BREAKING CHANGE thank you baby jesus. I never carry cash so its annoying have to stop at a bank and then go somewhere else to break your $20. ALSO FREE Wi-Fi. i love this place :) read more

I would give this place a 0 if I could. This place is absolutely filthy anymore. I contacted the owner to let her know about machines that weren't working and how filthy the place was and they responded with some lame excuse and told me if the machine doesn't work, hit the coin return... ummmm okay, like I didn't already try that????? I went back and tried again today and it's even filthier than it was 2 weeks ago when I was here. As I was here another customer walked in with her laundry and looked around the place and then after me if I knew of somewhere better to go, stating this places absolutely disgusting. Has always been my go to for laundry the machines are great they have an extra extra big one that I can put all my dark clothes in at once. The dryers are really good dryers. It's not let's say as budget friendly as I'd like ....sometimes it gets a little pricey but I feel safe there late at night and that's worth all the money in the world. I have always use laundry mats to wash and dry my clothing, and I usually go to Monrovia Coin laundry that BTW is nice and clean, unlike this place I am in contact with bugs and a cockroach which I found out that his name is Tom! So gross. The washers are not clean and it had a smell of mold or mildew not sure. I ended up no doing laundry here and left. read more

Not too many people inside when I came in on a late Saturday morning & the young woman working there was polite & helpful. But those are literally the only pluses. The cons are rust around the bottom of the washers & dryers. In addition to the "large" washers being small & over priced. Moreover, the machines are suppose to accept cards, but they don't so you'll need cash regardless. Also once I took my clothes from the washer all of them were soaking wet still. I literally had to squeeze the excess water from my clothes back in to the washer itself. I maswell washed them by hand honestly. Plus if you think about it that means you have to pay for more time using the dryer to soak up the excess water that couldn't be squeezed by hand. Lastly, the dryers could be a lot better at drying. The cons outweigh the pros, I won't return. read more

Our dryer was out of commission for a few days, and we needed to do a load of clothes. I had heard that there was a laundromat at Adams and Brookhurst, so we took a chance and headed that way. The laundromat was clean, had plenty of machines, wasn't crowded, and had seating available. It even had a few magazines. Wifi was supposedly available, but I didn't check it out. A good place to wash your clothes on a Monday afternoon. Your experience may differ depending on day, time, and other customers, but I'd go there again. read more

I have been coming to this place for the last year. Over the last few months it has gone so down hill. They charge you more for warm water or hot water and the machines only put out cold!!! The woman that works there is always miserable and rude. They never have change the place is filthy. Last time I was here the machine broke mid wash. I gave them another chance this morning but this time it's just as bad and there are broken notices all over the place. All done. Never going back to this place. read more

I don't come to laundry mats very often however our washer is broken so we had to. My girlfriend and I came here because it had good reviews. Let me just say the lady working was the most rude disrespectful women I have ever met. My girlfriend laughed and out of nowhere she said "excuse me is something funny", how rude. We love this place. The laundromat is called Beach City and the Fluff N Fold is called Lucy's. We've used the FnF in a pinch and they've done a great job, but mostly the BF and I come here every week to do our own laundry and it's just our favorite laundromat. We even drive much further than necessary to come here because it is very clean, not sketchy, and never too busy. In 2 years, we have never had an issue with a broken machine or a single lost quarter, or any rudeness from the attendant. She is always super helpful even if she is talking on the phone or gasping to episodes of CSI while she's folding. We can't wait to have our own washer and dryer, but until we do, we are Lucy's loyal. read more

My laundry got stuck n the washer here, wouldn't come back. Just FYI don't use the triple load washers, there aren't any mechanical buttons, purely rely on some software to open it for you. read more

For a laundry mat, this place was pretty good. There was no attendant around for the whole 3 hours I was there, which I found to be a bit odd. And it was a little annoying when one of the detergent dispensers jammed and "ate" my dollar. There was also a sign that said they had wifi, but i sure couldn't identify it. read more

I love this laundmat, it is so clean and the ladies that work there are exceptionally nice. Mary is wonderful, she is always asking if everything is o.k. and assist anyone that needs help. Always positive and helpful. Cecilia is also very nice too!!! I use to live in Santa Ana, and i would drive all the way here to Huntington Beach to use theur washing machines and dryers because of the cleanliness!!!! I like this place because if you don't have the time, they will do your laundry for you! They have a fluff and fold serivce that I have also tried and I like it alot. The clothes come out great and they even offer free pick up and delivery. It's a really good value and ther prices are reasonable. I use the laundomat when I have time and i like it because it's clean and bright. They have alot of machines and they only cost 1.50 for a wash and 25 cents for a dry. They have free wifi which I like. They also have security cameras so i fell pretty safe there. Stater Brothers is right around the corner, so sometimes I shop while my laundry is going. They have a laundry attendant and it's just a nice atmosphere to do laundry. It's in a shopping center and its pretty convenient to where I live. I think it's a lot better than most of the laundromats I've been in around Huntington beach. You should give it a try.. read more

This is a great laundry mat.I like the area. I observed a laundry mat with some customers that could have mental issues. At the : 7071 laundry mat .On Warner. This very short and over weight female Hispanic adult started yelling at another customer. For no reason. This is so unprofessional. They need out side security. This laundry mat is so much safer. The mental issues women drives a black ,Explorer .Calif plate: 6NNW306. She loves harassing other customers. Plus is very loud and boisterous. Please call the police if you see her harassing other customers. How discusting. read more
