This place is way overpriced for what you get. We've been here for hibachi before and the prices were a little high. They have gone up even more since the last time. We decided not to even order it and just had a few appetizers, soup and salads. The house salad was a small bowl of spring mix with bo toppings at all. It would take nothing to add a slice of tomato and cucumber at minimum. We eat out almost daily from high end restaurants to basic restaurants. I don't understand how people are leaving good reviews. 1. We ordered a very LARGE Togo order and at least 4 hibachi dishes. No one and I mean no one received any white sauce or anything. 2. Came here with the family and got the sushi boat with 10 rolls. That was pretty darn good and we had leftovers to bring home. It wasn't the best sushi I've ever had, but also not bad. The noodles were meh and the boba in our tea was old like it had been sitting too long, definitely not worth the cost. Service was also slow despite the fact that there weren't many other customers. So nice to see a new bubble tea place in north myrtle that I had to come in to try it! Delicious drinks- tea, coffee, matcha options. I tried the brown sugar black milk tea and the mango green milk tea and the brown sugar was the better option! Boba was so chewy and milk was frothy. There is no option to adjust ice or sugar level and drinks do some VERY sweet. I did not try any of their food options. Checked this little place out because of a friend's recommendation. The interior doesn't look like you're in NMB, it looks more like a big city spot. The sushi was super fresh and very delicious. Highly recommend trying them out. Had the Eel roll, Duo Spicy Toll and the Rich Big roll. If we hadn't gotten so full, we would have ordered more to try. Hidden gem! I was greeted immediately upon entering. The staff is very attentive and the atmosphere was light and friendly. The sushi was amazing! My favorite roll is the lemon salmon roll, it's SO delicious! The salmon melts in your mouth, the lemon and sauce highlight the fish. I also love the boba teas! I had the lychee black tea with passion fruit popping bobas, so yummy! The staff and owners genuinely care about their customers. I will be returning often! read more

I never leave reviews, but I have to at this point. Drinks can be genuinely good sometimes, but it all depends on who is working that day unfortunately. I get the same thing every single time I have been, and it always tastes completely different. Just not consistent at all. Even when the owner was in, she explained that she was not happy with employees not following the recipes. The staff are consistently very dismissive and DEATHLY slow. They look absolutely miserable. You will be waiting a long time for even a single drink no matter how slow it is in the shop. Ambiance is awkward at best and other customers I've seen are usually looking confused and uncomfortable as they wait to be initially greeted as the workers take their time doing what seems to be literally everything else. I love every other Cha House location I have been to, but I am never happy when I leave here. I really wanted to like this place, lots of potential. Definitely going to have to find a new boba shop though. read more

We ordered the veggie spring rolls which were fried perfectly, tasty edamame steamed just right, Thai style tofu bites which were sooo good, scallion pancake was delicious, and the Thai chili tofu plate had perfectly cooked broccoli which was still bright green!! The strawberry tea and limeade were delicious, not overly sweet, and refreshing! Great place for small bites or lunch! We found it accidentally but so glad we did!! I'm not sure how or why this place came up as the first result in Yelp when I searched for places to eat in North Myrtle Beach, but I'm not mad about it!! One of my loves is bubble tea and whenever I have a chance to try a new place, I'm gonna take it. Lucky for me, they opened just a few days ago - the inside was adorable, bright and spotless. The owner was so friendly and helpful, giving me that true southern hospitality vibe I opted for the strawberry milk tea with brown sugar boba. The strawberries are impressively fresh chopped for each drink, not a sauce or powder that's mixed in like I'm used to. The drink was as perfect as could be and the friendly service brought my visit full circle - the woman who served my drink was kind enough to offer her favorite spots to take pics for IG and offered to help me with lighting for it! I already know what I'm going to order the next time I go, which will be in the next few days before I head home! They also have a great food menu, which I'm going to have to try along with my drink. read more

I've tried this place 4 times, I would get a different drink but the same food each time. Haven't found a drink I love. And it's overall inconsistent except for wait time, it's always on the slower side. Which wouldn't be a problem if the food quality was consistently good. The first time I went in May, the food was incredible and that brought me back to explore the rest of the menu and to find my go to drink. But in all my visits after the first, the food gets worse and worse and the drink quality is not there. Specifically the matcha. Staff aren't rude, but also aren't friendly. read more

I came in to the newly revamped cha house and was upset to find out that the no longer make the Thai chili chicken snack which was one of the main reasons why i stopped in to this establishment. But I was interested in some of their new menu items as they seemed exciting. I kept it simple and got a boba milk tea which was good nothing super special. I also am a fan of bulgogi so I was happy to see it in their menu. I know that bulgogi can sometimes have a char like taste but I was disappointed however when I took a bite and it tasted like burnt sesame oil and it was like the meat wasn't marinated at all as it had almost no flavor. Like I said I am usually a fan but this experience was upsetting but I'm willing to come back and try again. The super cute decor draws you in immediately, but it's Heather and her staff that really make you feel welcome! Awful service! I'll give a negative score if possible. Just came there and was served by a blonde girl with a bun. I think her name was Grace as per receipt. Extremely rude! I asked what a Purple haze is and she said I don't know. Then I asked what is the difference between the Purple haze and Purple taro. She answered "I don't know but I'm sure one of them has ice cream". As she was using the blender, she keeps banging and closing it hard. She placed our drinks on the counter and proceeded to take the next person's order without putting the cap on the drink and giving us our order or calling us to pick it up. Me and my boyfriend love it here on good days but those days are really rare. The last few times I have been here it has been very slow even with nobody in there.
