A week after a 6 mo check-up in FL, I cracked a molar. Searched for a local practice to help so I wouldn't have to drive 12 hrs to FL dentist. Called a few and when the receptionist at Market Common Dentistry answered the phone, I knew it was the practice I was looking for. It's not a drive through dentist like so many out there. The dentists, dental assistants, and hygienists are some of the best that I have ever visited. They treat you like a friend, not a nameless customer. I feel super comfortable there. The team is thorough. They don't push you through to get another customer in the chair. Couldn't ask for better care. Thank you.

They keep saying a treat plan. Then the dentist told my husband that he had a cracked filling my husband's in the military so the military dentist looked at it and said no you do not. then my husband had another cleaning appointment scheduled and when he showed up, they wanted to do another treatment plan and said he has the starting of gum disease and they will not do a cleaning until he has a deep cleaning of his gums with Novocain . I called and canceled my appointment because he said I had a cavity which I have no pain so I really don't believe them. Needless to say I told her we will not be returning. All we want is a dentist that cleans our teeth every six months. I told them you're just like Aspen dental and wanna just keep charging people and charging people and charging their insurance. We're done. I do NOT recommend this dental place

I went to Grand Strand Dentistry back in October for a tooth extraction. Initially, I was told the…read moretooth could be pulled for around $300, which I was fine with. While there, the staff strongly encouraged me to get an implant instead and explained that they use Cherry for monthly payments. I asked them to run my insurance and give me the total cost before I agreed to anything. After waiting about 30 minutes, they came back and told me the total would be $1,900 for four visits, everything included. Based on that information, I agreed and signed up with Cherry. The first two visits went fine. However, when I came in today for my third visit, I was suddenly told I owed an additional $1,700. I explained that I was already enrolled in Cherry and had agreed to a total of $1,900. The front desk employee admitted she could see the quote I was given, but said what she had in the system was different. After speaking with the office manager, they still insisted I owed $1,700 more. I made it clear I was not agreeing to any additional charges beyond what I was originally quoted. I also asked for a partial refund since, at this point, the only service performed was pulling the tooth. They refused. So in the end, I paid $1,900 for a single tooth extraction--something I was originally told would cost about $300. Please be very careful if you go here. Make sure you get everything in writing and verify exactly what you're agreeing to. This experience was extremely disappointing and feels very misleading
