We have rented from Beach House multiple times now, and every time it has been a great experience. The boats are always nice and clean. The communication is always quick and nice. Their pricing is normally the best around. The river is a lot of fun. Most of the time low stress, but have to be careful because there are some spots that it gets a little tight or shallow, so you definitely have to pay attention or know what you're doing. It was fun and relaxing. It's pricey, so be sure to ask for lots of sightseeing on the tour. Boat is beautiful and the ride was wonderful. These guys are the best! Terrific service, nice boats, and reasonable prices make Beach House Boat Rentals the place to rent boats in the Grand Strand. Their location is also very good for cruising the back waters and ICW. Tommy pointed out some good areas to fish as well. The service is excellent and very personable. We were met in the parking lot by Tommy in a golf cart. Tommy helped unload our car and transported our gear to the boat in the golf cart. What service! We rented a pontoon boat that was set up for fishing and it was first class. Boats I've rented other places are older and severely under-powered. Our boat was only three months old, had gps, depth finder and a fish finder as well as a great stereo. I won't rent from any other place again! read more

We rented a deck boat for half a day, and had a great experience from start to finish. This even takes into consideration that we ran out of gas! Really not sure why that happened?? But I called in and told them where I was, and Tommy came right out on a jet ski with some fuel. If you're planning on having a good day with ALL ADULTS don't choose this place!!! A group of 9 of us rented about a week prior to the boat day and 2 hours before we were supposed to go out a worker calls us and asks us if we can cut down to about 6 adults because we exceeded the weight limit. Keep in mind their pontoon is advertised to hold 10 people. Make sure you clarify the amount of adults and the weight of all passengers before wasting your time at this place! What a great experience From start to finish! My husband & I rented the Skiff from Beach House Boat Rentals the Boat was superior to other company's we've used in the area it was clean and had tools that made fishing in the inlet so much more enjoyable. The skiff had a depth finder and an anchor pole not to mention a great audio system. I also loved the service, Roby Met us at the dock and he was so helpful and knowledgeable about the Skiff and the surrounding area. We rented a bayliner for half a day. If you are going to rent a boat, I can't recommend this place enough! The boat was very clean and well cared for. It was a pretty reasonable price, after fuel about $240 for half a day. The guys who run it are really nice and helpful. The river you spend the day on is large enough that you aren't exploring the same parts over and over to fill up your time. The water wasn't too rough or crowded either. It was fun to explore around the Waccamaw River this time around. Very friendly service, and the boat was in excellent condition. A good experience all around. Great customer service on the initial contact, we wound up in the inlet instead of the waterway, as the water was still too high on the intercostal. The inlet was a lot of fun to explore, check out the inlets to the big houses. Only downside was that we had a fishing pontoon rather than the cruise, so it was set up more for fishing. I liked the map that was provided- it proved helpful in navigation. The only add I would like to see is maybe a blue-chart GPS so that we could have a better idea of where more of the sandbars were. Planed a fishing trip with my family on oct. 27th with beach house . Looked at a lot of rentals in the area and I'll tell you I've done all the home work for you so look no further . The boat 24 ft pontoon fish and ran like a dream you can barley here the motor at idle speed my family and I we're completely satisfied with the service and the boat and although the boat used very little fuel there was no gas charge they even parked the boat back into the slip for us we truly enjoyed our trip and will use beach house boat rentals again! read more

Our group of 13 rented the 24 ft Bentley pontoon for the afternoon to celebrate my aunts 60th birthday and we enjoyed cruising Murrells Inlet checking out the beautiful homes and even stopped for a swim. They even provided an anchor and swim ladder for us, and the boat was very spacious. Tommy was so polite, knowledgeable and accommodating!
