I went in to get the CD ordered and instead of allowing me to explain why I was there, I was told to sign in. I offered that I wasn't there for imagine, but for records pull and was brushed off again and told to sign in by the heavy set Hispanic front desk assistant. The second lady that helped me was kind and efficient, but hung into my Driver's License after verifying my ID. I didn't get it back until my CD of images was ready. Overall, this could have been a 4 or 5 start experience had the first lady attended to me properly instead of brushing me off. A simple show of appreciation would have avoided this negative review. It isn't about having to sign it, it is about providing good customer service from start to finish. Every time, I am treated very well, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the examination is very quick. I also had to call in for a CD of my various exams and subsequent radiology reports and the administrative staff on the second floor were just as efficient and responsive to my requests. I've never had a problem getting a response when I've called on the telephone, and I haven't been put on hold for extensive periods of time. I'm usually on hold only after I've explained the reason for calling and the Imaging staff need to research something, and even then, I only wait for a very short time. I really believe the staff here does an exceptional job given their (clearly visible) workload, and the constant influx of patients needing services. I would have given five stars to this medical center except for the severely limited parking, and a lack of upkeep (cosmetic) in the office waiting areas.

My father was stuck approximately three times for IV access, which caused significant pain and distress. We also observed what appeared to be poor hygiene practices, including no visible glove changes between attempts and an unclean room environment. He was given an old, worn-looking gown, which did not feel appropriate for a medical setting. After the contrast injection, my father developed swelling and pain in his arm. He reported discomfort during the injection, but the procedure continued without stopping or reassessment. As of May 8th, the swelling and pain were still present, which is very concerning. Overall, this experience raised serious concerns about patient safety, communication, infection control, and professionalism.
