I was referred to this practice by my physical therapist while I was in rehab after a car accident…read morethat left me with a broken pelvis, knee and ankle. After 2 weeks in the hospital and 6 weeks in rehab, I was no weight bearing for a while and so this is my attempt at learning to walk again and regaining mobility. My insurance Emblem/ GHI was accepted so I have only a co-pay of $20. The facility is convenient, clean and well staff with a wide range of equipment to service your needs. Katrina, Neil and Anna are amazing. They have been very keen to my needs and the therapeutic practices that would best support my healing journey. The appointments have been honored in a timely manner and I am pleased with the changes in mobility that I've seen. My hope is that over the 16 sessions I'll be able to transition from walker to cane and be fully mobile independently.

The therapy itself and the therapist were all very nice and pretty knowledgeable. The admin side not so much. Unfortunately there were a few issues with paperwork that did delay and interrupt the rehab process. If I had to do physical therapy again I'm not sure I would return due to that mistake. I would only consider it because of the therapists.

In fact, all of the employees at this office are pleasant and very helpful. I have recommended this company to many others because of the above, and will continue to use their services in November, when I have a 2nd surgery scheduled for my other shoulder. I quickly noticed the difference from my hands on therapy compared to the many other physical therapists I have went to in the past, who just gave me exercises and walked away. Rachel paid attention to everything I did since the session was one-on-one, assuring I was always doing everything correctly. I explained this to the Dr. during our consultation and he assured me that he would have no problem treating my husband and even asked me to scheduled my appointments in the late afternoon so that he would be able to spend more time with my husband. Today was our first appointment and the Dr. seemed to not want to be bothered and repeatedly told me that I should get a physical therapist to come to the home. When I was leaving the office, the women at the front desk (who's name I did not get) handed me back my prescription and said to me "good luck cause you're going to need it". I'm completely appalled at the way we were treated today. I guess their services are only good enough for the healthy minded.
